Día de uñitas💅: mi regreso al negro y vinotinto [Esp/Eng]

Espero se encuentren súper súper bien. La semana pasada, al fin, luego de mucho, pero realmente mucho tiempo, fui a hacerme las uñas. Sinceramente, esta vez fui súper descuidada, dejé pasar 2 meses y no, eso no es para nada bueno ni recomendable, así que no sigan mi ejemplo y cumplan con la cita de sus uñitas de manera puntual. La manicurista hasta me escribía preguntándome cómo estaban mis uñas y que ya debía ir.

I hope you are all doing really well. Last week, finally, after a long, long time, I went to get my nails done. Honestly, this time I was super careless, I let two months go by, and no, that's not good at all, nor is it recommended, so don't follow my example and keep your nail appointments on time. The manicurist even texted me asking how my nails were and that I should come in.

De verdad ella es muy amigable; si yo me atendiera a mí misma no me soportaría. Esta vez se me hizo súper tarde, ni siquiera había desayunado antes de salir de mi casa, y aun así cuando llegué con retraso me dio el tiempo para comer con tranquilidad y luego empezar a hacer magia con mis uñitas.

No sé si recordarán el último diseño que me hice, las uñas más veraniegas que he tenido, y que literalmente aguantaron todo: playa, golpes, pisadas, y aun así lo único que se les cayó fue una de las piedritas. Fueron como uñas todo terreno y se tomaron muy al literal durarme todas las vacaciones, y aunque yo las súper amé, era momento de despedirnos.

She really is very friendly; if I had to deal with myself, I wouldn't be able to stand me. This time I was running really late, I hadn't even had breakfast before leaving home, and even though I arrived late, she gave me time to eat in peace and then start working her magic on my nails.

I don't know if you remember the last design I did, the most summery nails I've ever had, and they literally endured everything: the beach, knocks, being stepped on, and even then, the only thing that fell off was one of the little stones. They were like all-terrain nails and they took it very literally to last me the whole vacation, and although I loved them so much, it was time to say goodbye.

Como podrán ver en las fotos, el crecimiento de dos meses es toda una locura. Para esta oportunidad no me bajé el largo, de verdad quería mantenerlo porque tenía mucho tiempo sin que las uñas me crecieran tanto, pero eso sí, cuando le dije a la manicurista eso, automáticamente me dijo que no me podía perder como la última vez, ya que al tener mi uña natural tan larga necesitaba ir a mis citas puntuales si quería seguir manteniéndolas bonitas.

El diseño de esta oportunidad no diré que es súper sorprendente, pero a mí me encanta, sobre todo el color. Ya necesitaba volver al negro y al vinotinto; en lo personal me encanta cómo se ven en mis manos, más que los colores claros. En estos momentos parece que tengo las uñas de alguna villana de peli o serie y eso me fascina aún más jjajsjs.

As you can see in the photos, the growth over two months is crazy. This time, I didn't cut them short. I really wanted to keep them long because it had been a long time since my nails had grown so much. But when I told the manicurist that, she automatically told me that I couldn't miss my appointments like last time, since my natural nails were so long, I needed to go to my appointments on time if I wanted to keep them looking nice.

I wouldn't say that this design is super surprising, but I love it, especially the color. I needed to go back to black and burgundy; personally, I love how they look on my hands, more than light colors. Right now, it looks like I have the nails of a movie or TV show villain, and that fascinates me even more, hahaha.
