Alejandro de niño siempre ha estado en las canchas pero no de fútbol, solo en canchas de básquet. Creció observando y jugando con balones de básquet, todos sus parientes que de generación en generación son adictos al deporte pero en la disciplina de básquet y voleibol.

De niño participaba en los torneos como semillita, lo hacía muy bien, se destacaba en este deporte y quienes lo observaban decían es como un pez en el agua, con que facilidad hace los pases y las cestas es un campeón el próximo en la NBA.

Así creció Alejandro entre aplausos, medallas, torneos y siempre con su destacada actuación.

Cuando cumple 12 años con un amigo visita unas canchas donde los amigos jugaban fútbol. Él no quería participar porque decía que si se enamoraba del fútbol se le olvidaría lo que conoce del básquet deporte donde siempre se ha destacado, lo convencieron y mientras jugaban el entrenador que seguía allí lo observaba y veía que se movía muy bien en el campo.

Entre risas y cantos el equipo donde jugaba Alejandro ganó su caimanera. El entrenador que observaba lo invitó para que al día siguiente asistiera a un entrenamiento el pensó y le dijo debo preguntar a mis padres.

La señora aceptó y se quedó en el entrenamiento no podía creer lo que veía en su hijo, pensaba y cuándo este niño aprendió a jugar fútbol. Lo grabó durante el entrenamiento y esa grabación la llevó a casa para mostrarla a sus familiares.

Todos se quedaron boca abierta al mirar como Alejandro se movía en la cancha, la madre contó que el entrenador lo invitó a ser parte del equipo para un torneo a finales del mes. Conversaron con Alejandro y el dijo que si quería participar, se sintió bien y contaba que le parecía que siempre lo había hecho, es como si algo dirigiera mis pasos y me guía... no puedo parar es algo que siento que no sé como explicarlo.

Todos se miraron a las caras, los de más edad recordaron la historia que contó un día la abuela de un sobrino que era amante del fútbol pero por una terrible enfermedad no pudo seguir, fue una gran tristeza para la familia. Allí se decidió que no se hablaría más de futbol aunque el sobrino a pesar de lo que le pasaba no dejaba de soñar viéndose en los grandes estadios de futbol.

Pasó a otro plano con esa ilusión en su mente y corazón.
