Saludos Comunidad

Greetings, Community,
Wishing everyone a week filled with blessings worldwide. I hope you are all well, healthy, and safe with your families.
A few days ago, I heard a brief interview with a distinguished doctor. He felt inspired to share insights from his work as an intensive care physician—specifically, the observations he made regarding patients and their families during those critical moments when the body can no longer hold on, or when the soul inhabiting that body has completed its cycle and must depart.
He noted that while there are indeed miraculous healings—events that defy explanation—he has also come to embrace theories regarding the human connection to a Being we cannot see but can feel. Sharing these ideas has become part of his mission.
Humanity is in crisis; many of us recognize and understand this given current events. However, the crisis the doctor refers to goes beyond the challenges of an organized society navigating daily life; it is an internal crisis facing every human being—one that seems to be intensifying by the day. We see this constantly on social media, where low-vibration or survival-based emotions—such as anger, rage, envy, and resentment—manifest, alongside others we are gradually discovering.
The necessary work is individual—a fact scientifically proven. It requires looking inward, for outwardly, we have made immense strides in technology and other fields designed to simplify human life.
What is happening? Society insists that scientific and technological advancements—which permeate every aspect of our lives—improve our existence. Yet, what of the physical body—that entity which thinks (or is said to think) and undergoes experiences that often defy conventional labels? It is, after all, capable of deep feeling and of dreaming of situations that later come to pass. Moving beyond survival-based emotions is not a one-minute task—as social media might suggest—nor is it simply a matter of going for a walk, exercising, or engaging in other activities. It begins with understanding that we are not merely physical bodies; we are also energetic, emotional, and sentimental beings—aspects that cannot be seen with the naked eye but are instead felt.
When individuals begin to look inward, they start seeking answers; change arises when they stop criticizing or offering opinions and instead focus on observing both others and themselves. We often concern ourselves with how others should look, speak, and behave, while neglecting ourselves. While everyone seems to have an opinion these days—often widely differing ones—making personal choices regarding our own behavior means following our own feelings rather than those of others. It involves examining those survival-based emotions and realizing they lead nowhere; those tiny steps can transform into giant strides when we stop reacting impulsively to certain situations.
