¿A quièn no le va a gustar un rico helado? Los helados son parte de cada uno desde la infancia, de sabores y colores.

En mis tiempos helados hechos en casa o posicle como les decìan, las frutas del propio patio: mango, tamarindo, guayaba, coco y asì diversas que llegaban al hogar.

Las paletas como les llaman, asì cremosas como se ven en la imagen me recuerdan a los helados EFE, los de paleta eran los mas econòmicos y para esos solo llegaba el presupuesto los tenìan de frutas y eran muy refrescantes.

Asì es mi historia con los helados, la industria ha evolucionado tanto que hay tantas recetas de como hacerlos en casa, ademàs los ingredientes que se requieren se encuentran en el mercado sin tanta bùsqueda, hay negocios que hasta te orientan de còmo los vas a hacer y te dicen que se requiere para la cremosidad de la paleta.

Hay quienes se dedican a dictar talleres, para orientar a aquellas personas que quieren emprender en el negocio de los helados, otros se afilian a diferentes marcas y solo llegan a los hogares para ser refrigerados.



Cuando tuve 16 años en medio de unos meses de huelga de profesores en el liceo asì como las que se hacen ahora , en aquellos tiempos les respondìan pero nunca como lo esperaban...iniciè mi pequeño negocio de helados; coco y mango muy solicitados.

Chocolate lo incorporè despuès, asì como flan, gelatina por un tiempo lo realicè. En eso me entretenìa esos meses de no asistir al liceo al menos hice algo de dinero todos en casa vendìan helados y siempre lo rcuerdan. Ahora me pregunto ¿Porquè no vi màs allà de esos meses en este mundo de los negocios? Lo que es no tener ese conocimiento de un negocio propio. Asì como empezò terminò.

Terminò la huelga y terminò el negocio.

Who wouldn't love an ice cream? Ice creams are a part of everyone since childhood, in all sorts of flavours and colours.

In my time, homemade ice cream or "posicle" as they used to call it, made with fruits from the backyard: mango, tamarind, guava, coconut and many others that arrived at home.

The popsicles as they are called, as creamy as they look in the picture remind me of EFE ice creams, the popsicles were the cheapest and for those only the budget could afford, they had them with fruits and they were very refreshing.

This is my story with ice cream, the industry has evolved so much that there are so many recipes on how to make them at home, also the ingredients that are required can be found in the market without so much search, there are businesses that even guide you on how to make them and tell you what is required for the creaminess of the popsicle.

There are those who give workshops to guide people who want to start in the ice cream business, others are affiliated to different brands and only arrive at homes to be refrigerated.

Saludos @mercmarg , los helados EFE son muy buenos yuumii, mi favorito es el "Pastelado" por su toque crocante de chocolate, tengo tiempo que no los veo en los súper mercados, tu post me hizo recordar los famosos carritos de helado con su campanitas y los niños corriendo a pedirle a los padres que le comparan helados.

A mi me gusta mucho el pastelado. Êsa època de los carritos de helado en las calles con su campanita la vivì en mi infancia.
