# DIY on how I Bake a sausage roll for a client

Beautiful morning to you all, hello to all my fellow member on hive today am going to show you how I bake a sausage roll for a client

I received a call from a client yesterday telling me she needed some sausage roll for their Muslim festival which was yesterday, then I have to receive the order and went to a nearby store and get all necessary materials I will be needing, after getting everything then I came back home

Recipe for my sausage roll

Flour - 500 grams
Butter -250 grams
Milk - 1 sachets
Baking powder- half teaspoon
Nutmeg - 1-4 teaspoon
Eggs - 2
Cold water - 130 grams
Vinegar- half teaspoon
Salt - half teaspoon
Cold water- 130 grams

Method and ways of baking my sausage roll

firstly I measured all my listed indigrent above in a very clean plastic bowl, then my sachets of milk in a separate cup then I added some little water in the sachets of milk to form a normal milk

After making the milk then I use the milk to form a dough

I started adding my milk gradually inside my measured indigrent to form a dough I make sure I mix gently I dot over mix th dough

After forming the dough then I cover for about 10 to 15 mins

Then before the dough get ready have already chop my sausage beef in a separate bowl

Then I now roll my dough into a flat shape and added my beef sausage in the middle of the dough and seal it the dough up and roll it into a sausage roll

After then have already have my grease train then I put my sausage roll on it

I kept rolling it until am done, then After rolling it all I use my egg to brush it , then baking was done is my local oven for about 35 minutes to 1 hour

I was very happy the sausage roll came out very yummy and tasty and I was happy my client loves it
