Recipe for my egg fondant

Icing sugar - 500 grams
Egg white - 1
1teaspoon of CMC
1 tablespoon of waters
1 tablespoon of glucose

Method and ways of makig an egg fondant

Firstly you will measure your icing sugar and selve it very well

Then add your CMC to the icing sugar mix together and add you glucose. Then in a separate cup you have your egg break and remove the yolk, then add the egg white to your measure, icing sugar and mix gently until it well mixed.

I was happy my egg fondant came out very good and nice
