I'm sure your certificate will still be very useful in the future but the most important thing is that you have one so once an opportunity comes knocking, there will be something to show for it.

Yeah, that's the usefulness of the certificate. And being a civil engineering certificate, it has power to fit in any place as long as I'm able to cope with the demand.
