A Music-filled day || Three tunes from Lauren
Tuesdays have become one of my favourite days because I get to share music I listened to through the week. Last week to this week have been from one old music to another and it was same today since I got up from bed.
It wasn't intended but today happened to be a day that I was less busy and the only thing I thought to do was listen to music. And guess what I did! I set my playlist on a random play just to go through most of the songs I hardly listen to (I'm always stuck with my favourite songs at the top so you won't blame me).
I won't say I didn't break the music transmission at some point when I had to eat, ease myself or do some little chores around the house but if I'm to pick a day that I listened to music a lot (a music-filled day), it will be today and I loved my day so much.
Another reason I decided to listen to music was for the purpose of sharing any song that picked my interest again even if I've heard the song before. And it happened, I fell in love again.
I have more than 200 songs on my playlist (Still finding more songs to add) and I think I played almost all of them while I repeated some. Those ones I repeated happened to be from the same artist.
I can't remember the last time I listened to her songs but I remember very well that I loved her songs when I first heard them. They had became my "Go to" songs sometime ago until new songs got added to my play list.
Lauren Daigle is an American singer who focuses more on pop and Christian music. Honestly, I didn't know anything about this singer until I listened to one of her songs and I went online to read about her and get to download more of her songs.
That was how I got to have so many of her songs and I can boldly sing almost all of her songs. But it's been a bit long since the last time I listened to them because I got new songs to listen to... I don't seem to have a favourite song for a too long time, you won't blame me, music keeps evolving.
So for the purpose of sharing my three tunes for #ttt organized by @ablaze I decided to share the top three songs I love from Lauren Daigle that I listened to more today.
You Say by Lauren Daigle
This was the first song I heard that made me fall for the artist and the words of this song keeps getting me anytime I listen to it. It's a very spiritual song to me and I feel my worry go away whenever I listened to it.
Today was no different, I had to put the song on repeat to get a fill of it (Don't think there's anything like that for music though).
You Say, is a song that tells more about the love of God even though the human heart is weak, wicked and without love... Love with no conditions.
Look Up Child by Lauren Daigle
Another song I love her voice in and the lyrics are deep too. I only listened to this song once today but the words can't seem to leave my mind, I keep repeating the song now as I write.
Look up child, is a song that says more about the title... Reminding God's children to look up to Him when they are faced with hard situations or feel like giving it all up.
I find the song both encouraging and reassuring, I even smiled while I listened... What an encouraging song this is! So I thought.
Hold On To Me by Lauren Daigle
This song was released last year and it happened to be a song I've rehearsed with my singing group, it's even more amazing to me because of that. We rehearsed this song for sometime and it gives refreshing feeling every time we rehearsed it.
Hold on to me, is a song that feels to me like I am begging God for my life and everything about me in times of not knowing who I am (The child of God). Sometimes it happens and I'm glad I found a song that reminds me of that situation so I could avoid it.
Songs from this artist are mostly like these three songs, making you feel cool, sometimes you smile, sometimes you feel like you want to cry... In all, you will love the feeling.

I love Lauren Diagle so much and have spent so much of my time scoring her songs..
She's an amazing Artist and her songs can lift up the spirit of anyone.
"You say" is one of my favourite songs by Lauren diagle and it's one of those songs I draw strength when ever I'm down, reminding me I am only only what God says I am.
So comforting.
