Hive Open Mic #118 - How Can I Remember By Sara Paxton (Cover)

Wait a minute!

You might want to know that this is my first time entering for Hive Open Mic show.

I thought I should announce that before you watch the video and that is if you haven't watched it already 😒 just please be constructive with any criticism 😂 I'll accept all of it!

I can't count the number of times I had to redo the video until I got this one, you don't want to imagine how the other videos were before this 😂 I almost cried. Well, that's needed for the theme of this week, isn't it?

I want to specially thank the person behind this week's theme "Love Hurts" and that is no other person than @khaleesii who has been pressuring me to start making videos on Hive since I had been parading that I can sing 😆 well, the deed has been done and I hope I get encouraged enough to make another.

This week's theme "Love Hurts" actually reminded me of a movie I once saw some time ago and how much I loved the movie. The movie titled "Lovestruck" show more about how much some people wishes to feel loved again and how hurtful it can be to see the one you love cheat on you.

The song "How can I remember to forget?" was sang by the lead actress (Sara Paxton) who was about getting married but caught her to be husband cheating on her... Well, she found out later that she saw wrongly.

That aside, she sang a very touching song and I thought I should do a cover of it for this week's theme. Do have a watch and let me know what you think and how you would want me to improve... It's my first time!!!

Special thanks to my sister for the background encouragement and to all the great singers I've been spying on to learn one or two from, you all are amazing... I think we should have a "Hive Musical Industry" offline for you all... Music world will surely feel a huge difference with it, what do you think? 😂
