Choosing an outfit to wear can be really hard (Eng/Esp)

I'm not sure if the guys go through this too but it's a sure thing for most ladies, and I'll be sharing my own experience with it. I remember a while ago, I got invited to a party and I didn't bother about the distance, who I'll meet there or what I was going to do at the party... I was only bothered about what to wear. It's not that I am very selective of what I wear to impress anyone but I also can't get rid of the thought of "Never to be caught unfresh" just in case 🥲
So Ladies, am I the only one this happens to? Or am I the crazy one who wants to make sure she looks good when she goes out?. Maybe a day to the party, I'll open my wardrobe to check out the outfit that will fit in. I'll decide on one even without trying it on since I already know how it looks on me then I'll go to bed and wait for the day to arrive so I can wear it and get out of my room.

No estoy seguro de si los chicos también pasan por esto, pero es algo seguro para la mayoría de las mujeres, y compartiré mi propia experiencia al respecto. Entonces, señoras, ¿soy el único al que le sucede esto? ¿O soy yo el loco que quiere asegurarse de que se vea bien cuando sale?. Tal vez un día para la fiesta, abriré mi guardarropa para ver el atuendo que me quedará bien. Me decidiré por uno incluso sin probármelo porque ya sé cómo se ve, luego me iré a la cama y esperar a que llegue el día para ponérmelo y salir de mi habitación.
No, it's never that easy when the day finally comes especially when I know my crush will be at that party or wherever I'm invited to 😅
When it's time to put on the clothes, it is at that time I'll realize that I have too small butts and the clothes makes it look even smaller... I will pull it off and start the search again. Then I'll find a favourite wear of mine, one that I do wear a lot, try it on and I'll be like "This one is giving small girl vibe"* I don't want it to be like I'm the only little one there so I'll pull it off and search again.
Then I'll bring one out and will be shocked that I had it all along, "How did this get into my wardrobe? Even early Christians didn't wear this to church service" 😂 it will be so big and looks like I inherited it from my grandma. At this point, my wardrobe will be looking like where people come to throw their wastes away. But I won't care because I'm yet to find the wear, go to the party and come back home. And I'll continue the search even going as far as check wears I had set aside to throw away.
Maybe I'll find a sweet colour gown that will reveal my neck and my thighs a bit, it will be perfect for the party but something in me will start "This one is giving prostitute vibe, what if your future husband is at the party?" and then I'll obey the voice since I don't want to lose my husband before I even meet him 🥲

Cuando llegue el momento de ponerme la ropa, es en ese momento cuando me doy cuenta de que tengo el trasero demasiado pequeño y la ropa lo hace parecer aún más pequeño... Me lo quitaré y comenzaré de nuevo la búsqueda. Luego encontraré mi ropa favorita, una que uso mucho, me la pruebo y diré "Este está dando un ambiente de niña pequeña"* No quiero que lo haga Sé como si fuera el único pequeño allí, así que lo sacaré y buscaré de nuevo.
Entonces sacaré uno y me sorprenderá haberlo tenido todo el tiempo, "¿Cómo llegó esto a mi guardarropa? Tal vez encuentre un vestido de color dulce que revele un poco mi cuello y mis muslos, será perfecto para la fiesta, pero algo dentro de mí comenzará a "Este está dando una vibra de prostituta, ¿y si tu futuro esposo es en la fiesta?" y luego obedeceré la voz ya que no quiero perder a mi esposo antes de conocerlo 🥲
Sometimes after trying out so many outfits, I'll put on a "everything black to match" and I'll go to the party and seem like I went there to mourn someone. Even when I'm asked, I'll make them laugh it off that I'm mourning a chicken that died in my neighborhood. Finding a wear to a rare party can be that hard sometimes. This doesn't happen often but when it does, it feels like I've been living that way... Not knowing what to wear until I wear the forbidden at last.
One annoying thing you'd like to know is that, I don't have much outfits to select from but when that time to be so selective comes, the outfits just keep showing themselves out as if I have a fashion designer or a clothes shop inside my wardrobe. Well, it happens rarely so I'll only hope that I get a new wear before any party invite because I tend to abuse new wears once I just get them until I get another one. So if I'm invited for a party when I just got a new wear, I don't search too much and just put on the new wear I got.

This is what I do sometimes: when I'm less busy, I do a mini fashion show for myself or my mum, to check if I still like some outfits and how comfortable I am in them (our fashion taste sometimes changes with time), I try combinations different from my usual stuff and that way if I have any outing, I can make a decision in my head before the day. Of course that's still prone to change but it's considerably better 😂😂

Trust me I can relate to not having something on my closet to wear whenever I'm to go anywhere public. It's always funny that there are lots of clothes scattered everywhere but then we can't find anything suitable. That's how we end up having more clothes than men in the market.🤣🤣
Hahaha that is true, there is hardly a few shops with just men clothes... Most business minded people tend to sell female clothes than male clothes... The reason is obvious 😒

STOPI can totally relate. I play 'dress up' a whole lot where I get to mix and match outfits and most times, I'll nod my head in satisfaction at the many nice outfit ideas and events they are suited for I come up with.
But...once I have a place to go, none of those outfits will be good enough.
Black is a real life saver. Monochrome as well. You can never go wrong in those.

This is really gets crazy sometimes. Like ahh I always get into this situation most of the time.
Like after Bathing I will just spend up to 5 minutes trying out different outfits.
At the end of the day I will just settle for something very casual with the conclusion in mind who I one impress
I always like the casual wears, so anytime I am going out I just take a jean, one t-shirt or polo and pick any easy foot wear and that's it oh. No much stress..
