Cycling In Dating - The Effect Of Two Wheels

I don't get to see a lot of couple going about their dates and having fun with bikes around here but I've researched enough and seen a lot of movies to conclude that it is definitely one of the things I want to try out in the future when I get the opportunity... Riding a bike with a partner who also wants to ride!

Going on dates is a way to connect with each other and find common grounds in hopes of getting married to the right person. Different people have different experiences with their dates especially the first date. I read something somewhere and I quote "For your first date, try biking with your partner" but this requires a lot of things to be considered.

There are a lot of reasons to enjoy dates with biking as a part of the activities. As a big fan of kdrama series, I've always admire the scenes where the couple go bike riding, try racing together and the guy go slow to make the lady feel like she's so fast lol. It's a sweet feeling watching that, I bet it'd be more than that actually doing it.

One thing about introducing biking to dates is that, it's very easy to learn and learning how to ride a bike could actually be the focus of a date while both parties find more about each other in the process. Like there could be conversations, both serious and playful ones while the party who is yet to know how to ride a bike is being taught how to.

More effects of two wheels in Dating

It can be free: Going on a date together riding a bike to a spot, restaurant or just to go for a walk. With a bike, you don't get to spend a dime on transport system when the date spot is a bit closer, you also get to ride together and have some brief conversation on your way. Obviously, the cool breeze and sense of freedom when biking would be there for the two parties.

It doesn't require too much talk: For the shy or quite reserved ones going on dates, biking could actually be a way out to have less conversations and just allow them observe their party for more comfortable grounds to be free among themselves. I've once seen a movie where the shy guy is so good at biking but doesn't talk much, his partner loved that about him. They found a way for themselves that worked out.

When there's nothing to talk about, the ride is a great common ground: Maybe after a long or short ride, it calls for thirst and that could lead the parties to stop for a drink. When there is nothing to talk about, one party could come up with talking about the bike ride especially when both had fun with it which should be the case if necessary considerations were made before suggesting a bike ride for the date. Such conversations could help birth more serious conversations making the parties find similar interests.

If you read through to this extent, you'd notice I've been stating that there should be considerations in choosing biking for dates. I'd like to share some of them that I've seen in movies and really find cool to apply for bike dates. One major consideration is to be sure that both parties would love to have a bike ride on their date plan.

Like someone said, seeing movies and going for walks has become quite too regular and even boring for dates so something different like biking should be more fun.

When it's concluded that both parties wants the bike date, it's important to be careful while at it. One way is riding alongside each other and not in front or at the back, a way for you to face each other at any point in time. It's a process to being a couple or a couple date, so that should spice up things for the parties.

Another way to enjoy the date while keeping things in check is stopping for breaks to not drain each other as biking is quite exhausting especially when both parties decides to go one fast rides or climb a mountain on their bikes.

The type of bike, the wears and being very intentional about the meals are also good considerations for bike dates. There are more to look into to have an effective date on a bike ride.
