Getting Acquainted With Three New Tunes Of Music

Last week, I shared three music I always listened to when I feel down or unwilling to continue on something. I was happy to get good response on the post but it didn't end there for me, I got to have a chat with someone who was finding new songs to explore.

We had a really long chat on what music has done to/for us, he was so specific about a song that motivates him a lot and that same song happened to be a song @mineopoly had suggested to me on another platform we're in together.

I will be sharing the song alongside other two songs I got acquainted with recently but let's not hurry just yet, I want to share another personal experience with you... How do you feel when you get to hear a song for the very first time? What's your reaction towards it? What's the first thing that comes to mind before you listen to it and after you may had listened to it?

Those questions I will answer with my own experience, how I handle such situations in regards to my love for music. Music is one thing I don't get tired to explore but trust me, I have my own way of accepting a new song to my list of songs... That song would need to go through some process.

The music should have a good beginning

I have a flare for how a song starts, the beginning determines how long I'll last in listening to the song. Although sometimes I would keep listening till I get what I like about the song aside it's beginning (That is when I'm very less busy 😅) so the busy me won't listen for long.

A music with cool and calming beginning gets me so well, a music with a strong and powerful beginning gets me too... So maybe a music with none of those would need to get my attention in some other ways for me to listen more.

The music should have good lyrics

Well, this is one of the first feature I go to search when I listen to a song and like how it began or how it's going in my ears. The lyrics may not come out too clear when I first listen so I check it up almost immediately.

So long the lyrics aren't too raw or have too many bad words in it (you might know what I mean 😅) I'm cool with it. One of the songs I'll share today was so cool to listen to that I learnt the lyrics and how to sing it in just a day. Some songs are like that for me.

The music should have a good title and recommendation

Is this supposed to be criteria to listen to a new song? Well, I guess it is for me. I wouldn't want to waste so much time listening when the title is telling me that the song isn't my kind 😅 but I can listen to it if it gets recommended by someone I know loves music and knows just the right music to listen to.

Music title says a lot about the music before I listen to it, so it is an important thingy for me when I come across a new song with or without recommendation.

This was another motivating song @mineopoly introduced to me during the week and if you did play it, the beginning will tell you how I feel about the song already 😅 a beginning so strong and powerful? I loved it totally!

I just got to know about the musician behind the song, I plan to check if he has more songs for me to explore. For now, this is one of my favourite go to list of songs.

I love movies with music as the main focus and a movie I saw during the week titled "Marry Me" was a perfect example of such movies. I specially loved two songs from this movie and fell in love with the musician's voice 😍

Love of my life has an amazing beginning (my first attraction) and I love the power she used in singing the song, with so much passion. The lyrics are super romantic too.

The second and most favourite song I love from the movie "Marry Me" sang by the same musician/actress. The beginning was calm enough with her voice joining in to make my heart go soft and calm.

Maybe the movie made me love this song more but one thing is clear, I've gotten a new favourite song 😅

My reaction after I listen to a new song...

I listen to it over and over again, I'm not sure I'm the only one guilty of this though because my siblings couldn't stop singing along with me while we listened to these three songs. So you can guess correctly that I've been listening to these songs all week.

Maybe a new favourite will come in before the end of the week but for now, I'm loving these songs over and over.
