I think Adele had a lot with sad emotions... Her songs says so
I may not be right totally but I tend to think that true musicians sings from their heart and their song lyrics have a lot to say about them or how they feel. And that makes me think that there are a lot of musicians who are faced with more challenges than we can think of, not excluding this particular artist.
Adele has been singing for a long time now but I got to hear one of her songs the first time a few years back without acknowledging who the artist really is or what the song meant. Now, I listen to music and interpret meanings a lot and then I came across her songs again.
It all makes sense now... They are mostly emotional and not just that... Sad ones.
I'll share three of her songs I find even more emotional than the others or maybe they are just the ones I've interpreted and felt emotional listening to. I hope you listen to them too if you had not before...
Someone Like You
Although, there are side stories about this song and how it came about... I'll like to add that the song express deep feelings of hurt and sadness. Listening to the song and looking at the lyrics, I almost shed tears as if I got my heart broken too. I can only try to imagine how the artist herself felt singing it.
I had did a cover of this song on Hive Open Mic and I simply couldn't put in the emotions the song required... The artist did it so well (Obviously, she is the one with the real hurt feeling).
Someone like you expresses the hurt that comes with loving someone even when they are gone to be happy with another, a really sad song if I'm to conclude on what this song is all about.
Set Fire To The Rain
The vibe from this song's instrument is so good that you'll tend to not listen carefully what our beautiful artist is saying from her heart... Emotional words once again.
This is another level of breakup song which I think tells more about fighting hard to get rid of the feelings that comes with it. Kind of a little sad remedy to the first song I mentioned about the artist.
Aside the sadness in the lyrics, I love the vibe from the song and how powerful her voice is in it.
Don't You Remember
Oh my goodness! This got me feeling bad and thinking back to an experience I witnessed sometime ago. Won't be saying much about it but it wasn't a good one at all, people can do a lot to get back their lover but most of them get hurt even more after that.
This song expresses more on reminding an ex about their sweet past, it shows hope and hurt together... Not a good feeling, is it? Love sure do entail a lot of emotions.

Adele is one of the underrated UK musician, her music get you emotional no matter her strong you think you are. It find a way to sink into your soul...

That version of Someone Like You by Adele in Albert Hall never gets old.... Makes the hairs stand on the back of my neck every time. So powerful. What a talent she is.
