My first date weekend with him

As a not so experienced lady who had been on a few dates, this may somehow end up being an imperfect date for you reading it but it would be a perfect one for me if it should go as planned.

Where am I getting at? Here's the thing?... My first date story

So I went to this friends hangout party reluctantly with my close friend and it was all fun and nice. Well from the way my friends were screaming and laughing, it was so much fun for them but not for me. I felt like going back home even before the party started. I was just about to take one of the most silliest excuse from my friends when a guy walked into the hall.

No, I'm not saying I refrained from saying the silly excuse but I stammered it out while staring at the new guy. I couldn't see his face clearly since it was a night party but I have a thing for charisma, respect and responsible dressing... He had it all 😅

Like we were fated to meet, he met me at the hall entrance while I was waiting for my friend who had decided to go back home with me. He didn't say much, he asked for my contact and I gave it to him like I had no pride left or maybe he used his charm on me. He smiled from the face I wished I could see more clearly, I looked forward to him contacting me as my friend and I went back home.

I got home and was about taking my sweet rest on my favourite pillow when I got a call, it was him and I can count the number of times we chatted as he seemed to be the busy type while I also had my life to run, too busy to chat.

But somehow, Mr lover boy asked me out on a date with him and the only thing that crowded my mind was "How would the date be like? He is a stranger I know almost nothing, we only met once at a party". I got excited and found myself not working but instead, figuring out what to wear, how it should go and where we were going to meet.

From his calls, I could feel he was excited about our date. I knew it had to go well for another date to happen and hopefully it would be the last worries before I walk down the aisle... Uhmm I know, too much expectation but that is it for me... I'll be full of expectations before the date.

The first weekend date with him...

The date would be on a Saturday evening, I'll get everything set before time, get the address and go there just on time so not to keep him waiting. He should be on time as well, it would be perfect if I don't have to wait for him... I'm bad at waiting, I could sleep off if I choose not to operate my phone 🥲

He would walk in and give me the exact feeling I got when I first saw him at the party, dressed in a nice looking wear with a dashing smile from his handsome face (Seeing it more clearer). Giving a hug as a way of greeting won't be bad, I would make sure I had wore nice smelling cologne to make that moment memorable.

He would complement what I wore... He has to, I would have spent a lot of time to pick that particular wear out and fought with my courage to wear it to the date so he has to give good words on it and make me blush.

Our chats during the date would be more focused on all we've been unable to chat on phone (Not like we chatted much though) so it will be a long and not boring talk because I'll be laughing and being funny at every chance I get.

Eating with him would have more shame than when I eat alone of course, wouldn't want to blow my chances of having another date. But if he ask for a more normal eating, I'll unleash my real eating habit (Not that I have an uncultured eating habit though, you know what I mean).

After eating, we would take a walk to discuss more while we receive cool breeze for my supposed over fed stomach hehe... He would give some sweet compliments about my looks, my way of talking, how I walk and how much he loves my smile... I'll just keep smiling and feel my heart enjoying the whole thing.

As a sweet talker, I won't fail to share what attracted me most to him (I'm sure you know what that is already) he would try to hide his blush but I would know when he does. The date will go smoothly and we will both look forward to meeting more often regardless of our busy schedule.

I'll like to stop here, wouldn't want to share what happened when he took me back to my apartment... It was a memorable first date weekend for the two of us 😉
