Option 3 - What are the key factors that contribute to you having a positive experience while at a coffee shop?

I don't go to coffee shops or maybe I don't get the chance to go but I do see coffee shops in movies, how organized and sometimes unorganized they are. I see how people go into some coffee shops and come out feeling better while some go in and come out feeling not okay... This one is rare though.

Coffee shops are different kinds of restaurants that make and sells coffee, tea, cakes, and sometimes sandwiches and light meals.

In movies, there are different kinds of coffee shops such as the classic and the local coffee shops. But that isn't the key factor to having a positive experience while at a coffee shop.

So I'll share some key factors I believe would give me or just anyone a positive experience while at a coffee shop. I also hope to learn more from the comment section after this.

A clean and organized environment is one of the key factors to positive experience.

Nobody would love a crowded place when he or she goes out for some coffee to have a little break. Some may love a crowded place but I believe I'll be more relaxed in a positive way when the coffee shop is neat and I could see from the transparent glasses... Sipping my coffee with some nice views would surely get me in a good mood.

I've seen movies where a lady sees a long time friend from childhood through the transparent glass while sipping her coffee 😂 that's more than enough to get someone to have a positive experience in a coffee shop. So maybe I'm one of those who would prefer a classic coffee shop where they have more expensive sitting sites with nice view.

The services in a coffee shop is one of the key factors to positive experience.

I'm one of those who take notice of how one gives out his customer care in a shop. The services at a coffee shop will go a long way in making me have a positive experience there. I would want a server who smiles and give out positive vibes while he or she does her job.

The way the coffee is being served should make me want to drink mine and take another servings again. The services should be quick, friendly and give me more reasons to go back.

There should be music at the background, that's a key factor to positive experience.

Not just any kind of music, a cool or old blues would be a perfect kind of music to listen to while at coffee shop sipping my coffee. I've seen people being able to take calls at the coffee shop because the music isn't played so loudly... That is a key factor to me.

Coffee shops are also places people meet for business chats and of course for dates... A cool music at the background will serve as a good idea innovator and create a nice atmosphere for whatever.

The taste of the coffee is a key factor to positive experience too.

Who goes to a coffee shop without hoping to get a good taste of coffee? You can imagine what would happen when such a person taste a bad coffee... That's so going to bring up a bad situation.

The taste of the coffee would bring a smile to my face, and that's an obvious positive feeling that anyone would want to experience at a coffee shop.

So a good coffee at a coffee shop can be said to be my most important key factor to having a positive experience at a coffee shop.
