Satisfaction - Giving An End To An Infinite Quest [ENG/ESP]

Bringing this content here for you all in this community an my audience to read and leave a comment is a satisfaction for me... I could need more like very good rewards on the content from small accounts and whales but I'm choosing to put an end for my simple happiness. Isn't that the point of being satisfied? To be happy!

To me, being satisfied means to put an end to your infinite quests or desires.
The wants of man are insatiable, so we've read or learnt but wouldn't that mean there isn't satisfaction in this world of ours? Well, there has to be and that is where the word "Contentment" comes in. We will have to be contented with what we've got for satisfaction to be ours although it isn't the big issue to get satisfied, the issue is with us not being contented.
An illustration through a movie
I saw a movie recently where a woman kept nagging her son who had graduated from the University over five years but had no job and was feeding from her farm work. She would nag on him everyday asking him to start taking care of her since she has done her best to take him through school... It sounded more like "Do for me, I have done for you" haha... No arguments though, children are supposed to take care of their parents at old age.
I won't want to go in detail about the movie but in a conclusion to it, the son of that women got involved with bad gangs to steal from a wealthy home, they got caught and he was killed right at the scene he committed the crime.
So our woman character didn't see her son alive again, she continued suffering and couldn't stop wishing that "She would prefer that her son was alive for her at the very least". Yes, we do need to make money, live life as comfortable as we can, be able to sort out our problem with little effort and be happy with that too.
But we can choose to put an end to the insatiable desires that could come with it especially when the quest or desires aren't coming early enough. How do we do that? There's one thing I always do to keep my desires in check and I find satisfaction which gives me happiness through it.
Count your blessings as you go on!
That is just it!
I've seen setting realistic goals as a way to do that, you have a set goal and when you reach it, you feel that fulfilment that comes with it. It is not that you can't do an extra on that goal but simply being happy about the one you've achieved will give you a satisfaction and that is you being grateful for what you've got.
We need money to buy some things that caught our desires but we shouldn't fail to count the things we've been able to get that others haven't and many won't be able to have... That should give you a satisfaction of a kind.
Keep going as you journey through this earth but never let your greed or wants overshadow your blessing counts... Keep counting them as you go on!

Para mí, estar satisfecho significa poner fin a tus infinitas búsquedas o deseos.
Las necesidades del hombre son insaciables, por lo que hemos leído o aprendido, pero ¿no significaría eso que no hay satisfacción en este mundo nuestro? Bueno, tiene que haber y ahí es donde entra la palabra "Contento". Tendremos que estar contentos con lo que tenemos para que la satisfacción sea nuestra aunque no es el gran problema estar satisfecho. , el problema es que no estamos contentos.
Una ilustración a través de una película
Hace poco vi una película en la que una mujer no dejaba de regañar a su hijo, que se había graduado de la universidad durante cinco años, pero no tenía trabajo y se alimentaba del trabajo de la granja. Ella lo regañaba todos los días pidiéndole que comenzara a cuidarla ya que ella había hecho todo lo posible para llevarlo a la escuela... Sonaba más como "Haz por mí, lo he hecho por ti" jaja... No argumentos sin embargo, se supone que los niños deben cuidar de sus padres en la vejez.
No quiero entrar en detalles sobre la película, pero como conclusión, el hijo de esa mujer se involucró con pandillas malas para robar en una casa rica, las atraparon y lo mataron en el lugar donde cometió el crimen. delito.
Así que nuestro personaje de mujer no volvió a ver a su hijo con vida, seguía sufriendo y no podía dejar de desear que "Preferiría que su hijo estuviera vivo para ella por lo menos". Sí, necesitamos ganar dinero, vivir la vida tan cómodamente como podamos, ser capaces de resolver nuestro problema con poco esfuerzo y ser felices con eso también.
Pero podemos optar por poner fin a los deseos insaciables que podrían surgir, especialmente cuando la búsqueda o los deseos no llegan lo suficientemente temprano. ¿Como hacemos eso? Hay una cosa que siempre hago para controlar mis deseos y encuentro satisfacción que me da felicidad a través de ello.

He visto establecer metas realistas como una forma de hacer eso, tienes una meta establecida y cuando la alcanzas, sientes esa satisfacción que viene con ella. No es que no puedas hacer un extra en esa meta sino que el simple hecho de estar feliz por la que has logrado te dará una satisfacción y es que estás agradecido por lo que tienes.
Necesitamos dinero para comprar algunas cosas que atraparon nuestros deseos pero no debemos dejar de contar las cosas que hemos podido conseguir que otros no y muchos no podrán tener... Eso debería darte una satisfacción de una especie.
Sigue adelante mientras viajas por esta tierra, pero nunca dejes que tu codicia o tus deseos eclipsen tus cuentas de bendiciones... ¡Sigue contándolas a medida que avanzas!

It is only when we are not able to count our blessings that we feel unsatisfied. When we learn to be grateful for those little things that has happened to us, that is when we would understand the word "Satisfaction" in our lives.

Being content is really the height of humanity in my opinion. If you’re not content there’s no way you’ll ever achieve happiness.
Counting our blessings is very important cos usually we think things are not happening in our lives when it’s the opposite.

These are very intense words. Having satisfaction in the little things. Celebrating the little wins. I feel sad for the woman but it's imperative we know that counting and appreciating the blessings in our life is what will give us that much needed satisfaction. Nicely put Dear Merit.🌺❤️

Counting your blessings is a great way to attain satisfaction.
A friend of mine started this personal tradition; to write down any little win she made on a sticky note or a small piece of paper, fold it up and put it in an empty jar. She did this for a whole year and before the end of that year, the jar was full. Looking back at that jar gave her a feeling of profound satisfaction every time.
Satisfaction can be a fleeting emotion but the moment you find a way to keep memories, when you look back on them, the feeling of satisfaction will dwell in you.

Well said. We need to count our blessings all the time. That mother drove the son to an early grave because of greed. Until we are Contes and appreciative of what we've got, we will never be satisfied with life
Economics said that human wants are insatiable...when one dreams to have a dream phone and eventually got it ...in no due time they will start desiring another one bigger than it. If that she didn't constantly nag and push him he won't have gone that extreme miles to get money to satisfy her. Omoh! I learned to be contended with what I have.
