Hoy presento mi participación en este interesante concurso que organiza la amiga @lisfabian con un titulo muy singular amor en tiempo de carnaval.

¿Te gusta o no el carnaval? ¿Por qué?
Do you like or dislike carnival? Why?
Debo comentarles que mi familia nunca me dejo ser en carnaval durante mi infancia, ya que soy asmática y durante mi infancia tuve repetidas crisis que me impedían disfrutar del carnaval a plenitud jugar con agua mojar a otros que me mojen a mi, nada de eso pude disfrutar ya que siempre debían preservar mi salud.
I must tell you that my family never let me be in carnival during my childhood, since I am asthmatic and during my childhood I had repeated crises that prevented me from enjoying the carnival to the fullest, playing with water, getting others wet and getting me wet, none of that I could enjoy since they always had to preserve my health.
Me disfrazaban siempre como para que la ocasión no pasara bajo la mesa como quien dice, salía a pasear por los parques con mi familia pero cuando empezaba la jugadera siempre me resguardaban dentro de un cuarto o un carro y no podía salir hasta que todo se calmara.
I was always disguised so that the occasion would not go under the table, as they say, I would go for walks in the parks with my family, but when the playfulness started, they always kept me in a room or a car and I could not go out until everything calmed down.
Durante mi etapa adulta se me hace raro disfrazarme hay quienes lo hacen y disfrutan el carnaval, en mi caso siento que si me disfrazo haría el ridículo; sin embargo asisto a fiestas de carnaval, y como mis ataques de asma ya no son tan repetidos hasta juego carnaval y disfruto de lo lindo.
During my adulthood it is rare for me to dress up, there are those who do it and enjoy the carnival, in my case I feel that if I dress up I would look ridiculous; however I attend carnival parties, and as my asthma attacks are no longer so repeated, I even play carnival and I enjoy it very much.
¿Has tenido algún trauma o momento vergonzoso con el carnaval?
Have you had any trauma or embarrassing moments with the carnival?
Recuerdo que estaba conversando en la universidad con un chico que me gustaba y me había invitado al cafetín a tomar un refresco, no lo pensé dos veces y acepte, cuando íbamos caminando al cafetín de repente sentí que me habían pegado una piedra en la espalda, se me bajo la tensión me puse fría el dolor era horrible, cuando me cerciore que había pasado resulta que me habían lanzado una bomba de agua congelada, el chico ante todo fue un caballero me ayudo a salir del apuro y a la final termino sonriendo, para mí fue algo vergonzoso, afortunadamente él lo tomo de lo más natural.
I remember I was talking at the university with a guy I liked and he had invited me to the cafeteria to have a drink, I did not think twice and accepted, when we were walking to the cafeteria suddenly I felt that I had been hit by a stone in the back, my blood pressure dropped, I got cold, the pain was horrible, When I found out what had happened it turned out that they had thrown a frozen water bomb at me, the guy was a gentleman first of all, he helped me to get out of the trouble and in the end he ended up smiling, for me it was something embarrassing, fortunately he took it in the most natural way.
Debo señalar que disfruto del carnaval en esta etapa adulta de mi vida, antes de la pandemia asistia a fiestas, reuniones bailamos al son del calipso de mi amada Ciudad Bolívar y disfrutábamos del momento. Una vez instalada la pandemia he restringido mis actividades en esta época por medidas de bioseguridad.
I must point out that I enjoy the carnival in this adult stage of my life, before the pandemic I attended parties, we danced to the calypso music of my beloved Ciudad Bolivar and enjoyed the moment. Once the pandemic was installed I have restricted my activities at this time due to biosecurity measures.

ja, ja,ja no lo pensé dos veces y acepté ja,ja ja @merlui03. En el mes de febrero disfrutaremos del día del amor y la amistad, carnaval que este año se agarrará dos meses. Qué salvajismo nunca entendí eso bombas congeladas que cosa más rara. Ciudad Bolívar, bueno seguro no nacías aún, cuando yo andaba en los Carnavales de ese estado, cuando yo andaba con mis ojos de huevos fritos achinados. Muchas gracias por apoyar donando sonrisas.
