Hoy abordare un tema en lo particular me parece súper interesante y que guarda relación cercana con la psicología como lo es la PROGRAMACIÓN NEUROLINGUISTICA , también conocida como PNL, el cual me ha parecido un tema súper interesante con diversas aplicaciones en todos los aspectos de nuestra vida, el cual iré desglosando en diversos viernes.
Today I will address a topic that I find very interesting and that is closely related to psychology such as NEUROLINGUISTIC PROGRAMMING, also known as NLP, which I have found to be a very interesting topic with various applications in all aspects of our lives, which I will be breaking down in several Fridays.
La programación neurolingüística se conoce como las diversas técnicas o estrategias llamadas a aplicar en la vida diaria tanto en el entorno familiar como el laboral. De igual forma la PNL permite comprender la forma de como las personas interpretan y perciban las informaciones utilizando nuestros cinco sentidos.
Neurolinguistic programming is known as the various techniques or strategies called to be applied in daily life both in the family and work environment. Likewise, NLP allows us to understand how people interpret and perceive information using our five senses.
La PNL permite sentir, pensar y actuar de manera efectiva a través del estudio de la conducta humana, dicho estudio se centra en la comprensión de los diversos procesos mentales y emocionales, descubriendo así las bases estructurales que sostienen la conducta propia y la de nuestro entorno, ya que se encarga de investigar cómo nos comunicamos con las personas que nos rodean.
NLP allows us to feel, think and act effectively through the study of human behavior. This study focuses on understanding the various mental and emotional processes, thus discovering the structural bases that support our own behavior and that of our environment, since it is responsible for investigating how we communicate with the people around us.

Having said that, I will now explain the meaning of the acronym NLP:
PROGRAMACIÓN (P): Se conoce como la habilidad de realizar la codificación de nuestras vivencias a través de nuestros sentidos diseñando programas mentales que permiten la organización de nuestra experiencia para el logro de nuestros objetivos.
PROGRAMMING (P): It is known as the ability to codify our experiences through our senses, designing mental programs that allow the organization of our experience in order to achieve our objectives.
NEURO (N): Cumple la función de relacionarnos con el mundo, debido a que todas las experiencias son el resulto del proceso neurológico de las diversas representaciones que se hacen de la realidad acompañado de percepciones manifestadas a través de los sentidos.
NEURO (N): It fulfills the function of relating us with the world, due to the fact that all experiences are the result of the neurological process of the diverse representations that are made of reality accompanied by perceptions manifested through the senses.
LINGÜÍSTICA (L): Hace referencia a la forma de utilizar el lenguaje verbal y no verbal a fin de darle un orden a nuestras experiencias; la expresión corporal juega un papel fundamental ya que es nuestra carta de presentación.
LINGUISTICS (L): It refers to the way we use verbal and non-verbal language in order to give order to our experiences; body language plays a fundamental role as it is our letter of introduction.

HOW PNL WORKS:
La programación neurolingüística se desarrolla a través de la recolección de información de nuestro entorno utilizando nuestros sentidos y a partir del impacto que recibimos ordenamos nuestros datos sensoriales para la posterior creación de nuestra representación o idea de la información recabada.
Neurolinguistic programming is developed through the collection of information from our environment using our senses and from the impact we receive we order our sensory data for the subsequent creation of our representation or idea of the information collected.
Comunicación y sistemas representativos
La Programación neurolingüística nos permite conoce cuál es nuestro código de comunicación con nuestro entorno a la par que nos genera estrategias para el desarrollo de habilidades y la generación de cambios. La comunicación se realiza a través de nuestros para percibir nuestro mundo y la forma de recabar almacenar y codificar dicha percepción es lo que define a los sistemas representativos.
Communication and representative systems
Neurolinguistic Programming allows us to know what is our communication code with our environment and at the same time it generates strategies for the development of skills and the generation of changes. Communication is done through our ways of perceiving our world and the way we collect, store and codify this perception is what defines representative systems.
Dichos sistemas representativos se conocen como: visual, auditivo o kinestésico, sin dejar de lado el sistema olfativo y el gustativo.
These representative systems are known as: visual, auditory or kinesthetic, without leaving aside the olfactory and gustatory systems.
Aquí es donde la cosa se pone buena como dicen: las personas donde predomina el sistema visual poseen una necesidad infinita de ser vistos porque simplemente no conciben la vida sin ser observados ya que es la forma de ellos sentirse atendidos y valorados.
This is where it gets good as they say: people where the visual system predominates have an infinite need to be seen because they simply cannot conceive life without being observed as it is the way for them to feel cared for and valued.
Las personas de sistema auditivo son multifacéticas ya que pueden desarrollar diversas actividades solo empleando la audición; por ejemplo estoy escribiendo en este post llega mi mama a decirme algo perfectamente le puedo contestar sin perder la idea de lo que estoy escribiendo.
People with auditory system are multifaceted since they can develop several activities only using their hearing; for example, I am writing this post and my mother comes to tell me something and I can answer her perfectly without losing the idea of what I am writing.
Ahora le toca el turno a los kinestésicos para mí los más sensibles de todos ya que ellos no perciben el mundo sin el contacto físico como la forma de sentirse atendidos; toman de la mano, dan muchos abrazos, colocan la mano en el hombro de la persona necesitada; y lamentablemente los que más han pasado trabajo en estos tiempos de pandemia con el distanciamiento social y las medidas de bioseguridad.
Now it is the turn of the kinesthetic ones for me the most sensitive of all since they do not perceive the world without physical contact as the way to feel cared for; they hold hands, give many hugs, place their hand on the shoulder of the person in need; and unfortunately those who have had the most work done in these times of pandemic with social distancing and biosecurity measures.
Desde mi experiencia personal me considero una persona auditiva kinestésica; suelo tener choques emocionales con las personas visuales ya que en ocasiones no concibo como una persona piensa que por el ello de no mirarla no le estoy prestando atención, pero cuando recuerdo la neurolingüística me dedico a mirar a todos las personas visuales que forman parte de mi entorno.
From my personal experience I consider myself a kinesthetic auditory person; I usually have emotional clashes with visual people because sometimes I do not understand how a person thinks that because I am not looking at him/her I am not paying attention, but when I remember neurolinguistics I dedicate myself to look at all the visual people that are part of my environment.
Soy kinestésica 100%, para mí no existe nada mejor que el contacto humano, sincero y de corazón; extraño mucho abrazar a mis seres queridos ya que procuro cuidarme de la pandemia.
I am 100% kinesthetic, for me there is nothing better than human contact, sincere and from the heart; I miss hugging my loved ones very much because I try to take care of the pandemic.
