Today´s Spectacular Sunset in Andalusia - [Dec.10, 2021]

The sun was already setting when I was still on the coast for an errand, it was actually beautiful to see the sunset at the Med Sea. But since we live on the mountain, we don´t get to see it that way. Our view might be 360° but left and right from our place are mountains and hills so we only get to see the sun rising and setting behind those mountains. Note: Except for the size of the pic, the colors of the title image are unedited.
Today when driving back home at around 6:00 PM along the mountain road, there had been spectacular colors in the skies. The sky on this part of the Med Sea had been a fusion of colors blue and pink.
The colors became intense ... we are having gusty winds since over a week and the clouds are passing so quickly that every minute, some cloud formations were there.. Driving towards the hilltop, the spectacular colors kept on changing because of the strong wind. The wind direction was towards the East coming from Malaga. Once the sun was thoroughly below the clouds and rays were reflected on to them, the result was amazing. It was like there were "great balls of fire" that crossed our skies!

Wow, what a wonderful sunset! Are you living in a higher mountain?
Yes dear... a bit higher that´s why I am always careful driving on the road because you will pass by so many cliffs. My neighbors, a couple died in a separate occasion already because the drove in the night and they were drunk.

Hi @mers , It is true it looks like the sky is on fire, but the wind helps to soften them, it is a beauty, and the time they saw this show very early in the morning at 6, but it was worth it.

Today the sky was overcast, I thought it would rain, but because the wind is strong (it still is) it blew away the dark clouds... I had to stop the car three times to be able to capture the scene. Yeah, it was worth it, Thanks for being here @lupega.

Ang Ganda! Pero sa mga Pinoy na paniniwala at pamahiin, nagbabadya sya Ng matinding init at gutom. Wag naman sana.
Hahaha.... Here when it´s cloudy you can have these scenes daily. It is just that we are in Costa del Sol, the sun is always shining even after a rainy day. Di yata sila naniniwala nyan dito....nahtatabaan nga ang mga Spaniards eh. The abundance is there. They have their avocado and mango fincas to care for. so hindi sila magugutom. Here, it is always hot in Summer, temps of which can reach up to 48°C.

That is correct... if one is a nature lover that is even a must to spend a few time for such event coz that is a rare opportunity which could last a few minutes, then it´s gone and darkness takes over. Thanks for stopping-by.

The sky is on fire in Spain. Is this the view from your house/porch?
I took the shots on my way home, I stopped the car 3 times in different locations of the mountain road not far away from our house. Yes, I can see this from our terrace, our house is on a hilltop.

Beautiful views of sunset, the red color is going to be pink. Your exploration of clouds in the sky gives more sense to the sunset view.
