How about you just keep going?

I wanted to take the day today to plan my year. It's spring, a good time to create goals. I slept all day instead, an intense tiredness came over my whole body.

I was in a great nap spot, my couch. Off in the distance I can see the water, the breeze comes in nice and fresh, the sunlight keeps everything just the right temp, it's Springtime in Chula Vista and I’m here for it.

And it's OK that I napped all day, because my goals are already set. Sure, I want to add just one more little thing to the list, but everything is to keep moving forward just as planned.

Sometimes, you just have to keep going. That’s a tough part of the goal process. I already know I’m walking 100,000 in April. It's been a goal to move more and I’m already working on it. Sometimes I stop and tell myself: "You have to take care of yourself better." Today I remind myself and celebrate that I am already taking care of myself better. I'm already walking the journey, I just have to keep going,

I continue to go to work, my credit keeps getting better, my paperwork is in better and better shape, my finances keep improving.

I’m not 100% where I want to be and I can see how I could move a little faster. But guess what, I am moving forward. Even here in my blockchain goals. Show up, such a simple goal yet it takes you so far.

For those of you still showing up. Just keep going. You got this.
