President Trump Cut Me Off

second stimulus check.jpg

The Senate has ceased negotiations on the HEROES act and will not negotiate again until after November 3

I was most interested in the Second Stimulus check. I also cared about that extra $600 a month for those of us who are unemployed.

That $25,000 bonus for frontline workers would have been amazing.

I believe that when The Senate meets again, they will give us a more generous package

I foresee Student Loan Forgiveness, expanded food benefits, and recurring payments periodically as long as covid is an issue.

The way Trump treated covid was scary

"This is no big deal, let's keep going" seems to be the sentiment. One of two things will happen

  1. more people will get sick, and The People will need more money to survive

  2. The People will start working and we will need extra cash to kick start the economy.

Either Way, the "American" People will get more money.

That's my opinion. Whats yours?

Money not growing on trees. People should work and earn it, not just waiting for the government to provide the check.

The situation right now is that tens of millions of Americans cannot work however much they wanted to. The economy is in shambles because people are either getting sick or are in lockdown.

Old Timer likes to drop nuggets of "wisdom" on my posts periodically. He has a lot of knowledge but doesn't always "get" it.

One time I wrote a post about how my kids had been eating too much junk food, so to transition them back to healthy eating, I bought lots of fruits.

He responded that I should feed them veggies because fruits have too much sugar.

He was right. Veggies are better than fruits, but he totally missed to point of my post.

Well that's America, you have very good leaders unlike the senseless leaders that rule Nigeria and some other African countries

He's just trying to secure his second term; he has the 1.6-2.2 Trillion in new bond issue ready to go to dump on the market then he also has another 1.7 sitting in the treasury general account waiting to be unloaded like a bazooka and perhaps a good old tax cut to sweeten the deal.

Either way its coming, the fact is its not the US only that needs it to keep this current party going but the rest of the world. If US citizens don't have money or feel rich, they don't spend, which means they don't consume and travel which means there a dollar shortage elsewhere which means countries like my own have to bid up prices for the dollar to pay our debts, obliterating our own currency even more than usual in the process.

Fire off the helicopter money lol I need more time to stack BTC before my currency goes into hyperinflation

I've said for a long time that central bank money is like rainwater and that cryptocurrencies are like kettles and pots to collect the that water with.

I was taught in school since a very young age. The US sneezes and the rest of the world catches pneumonia.

I have thought it was "right" but it seems to be true.

And I agree. The money will come, and the longer we wait, the more money that will be distributed.

Trump is 100% correct.
Fear and hysteria over COVID has killed many more people than the disease itself and has destroyed the lives of untold millions.

Only 1% of people get serious symptoms and 97% of those can be eliminated with free, safe, Vitamin D. See https://peakd.com/covid19/@apshamilton/clinical-trial-proves-vitamin-d-the-most-effective-cure-of-covid-19-97-reduction-in-icu-admission
