Going home for Christmas after being away for so long, I wanted to do something fun with my friends but they were all busy.
Thank God there was a wedding ceremony we all wanted to attend hihihi, as I had just two weeks to spend in Bayelsa before traveling again.
Believe me when I say it was the highlight of my year last year
It wasn't a get-together because it was a wedding and not a planned outing but I had some of my good friends with me there at the party, so we made the most of our time.
There was a free bus ride, But hey, guess what? The bus got filled up and we were asked to find our way there by ourselves hahaha.
We had to book a ride down to the venue. it was just us and we talked and laughed about old memories.
I met some old friends at the venue and it was a blast. The journey down to the venue was almost 2hrs, it was quite the ride hahaha.
We made so many videos, all for memories. That wasn't the kind of outing I imagined, but it was amazing and I enjoyed every moment I spent with them even tho we didn't get to do any fun activity except dancing hahaha.
Work has been another factor that stops me from having a normal life and I hate it.
That's the only outing I've been on for almost two years, which wasn't an outing but turned out to be at the end of the day for me hahaha.
I guess to my friends it was more like attending a wedding.

Yeah, it's so hard now to prearrange outtings, and one of the reasons I picked that question was because it is a break away from the ordinary in and out of daily life. But you could possibly have more opportunities later on for some real fun, you never know. Also, it seemed like a kind of a pain to have to find your own way, but it worked out for you because it caused the friendship to be happy on the way there.

It was actually, but thanks to it I had the best time with my friends. I guess some inconveniences are good.
