Burning some fat wasn't a bad idea😍

It's been months or should I say weeks since the last time I did some workouts and exercises. It's worrisome when I don't get to exercise and workout because I am gradually adding up each passing day.

Last year by this time I wasn't like this and even 2 months ago I wasn't like this. I keep adding up and getting fat every day. To even make matters worse, my neighbors, friends and colleagues are not making it easy whenever they see me.

They flip and shout at every slightest chance and opportunity at how I look. I hear questions like "What have you been eating? Eat small small, you're too big and fat, You will burst and the rest of them.

The funny thing is that I don't eat that much the way people see it and I'm surprised at the way I have become so big and fat which most times I ask myself if I should be worried??? Well, I don't know about that, all I know is that I'm living healthy🤷😀.

Back to the workout story. So, in my denomination, we workout and exercise from time to time but this time around it took so long and our sports director decided to fix it last Saturday and few persons who were available turned out.

We were supposed to leave by 6:00am but you know people and African time, everyone didn't come out on time so we ended up leaving at about 7;30am. We met at a particular spot then moved to a very big field as a team.

We didn't just walk, we jogged to the place and with the help of the sports director and instructor, we did lots of exercises and games. It was then I realized that I'm heavy cos I couldn't even run 100 meters. I was extremely tired and breathing helplessly.

We did skipping, running, filling the basket, jumping, football and many others. I wasn't left out and I didn't exempt myself so I joined and it was really fun. I had a nice time and I enjoyed myself. I wish and pray to be doing this more often to help my life and stay fit.

In all of these, I have just a problem and that is that my body is full of pain and somehow I'm regretting going out for that workout.

I know I'll be fine and I will try to keep up with it from time to time.

Exactly what I really need now. The rate at which I'm adding up now I just don't understand and I keep saying I will do some exercise and that's it. Still nothing 😩
