Great lunch menu

After learning several things about hives for the past few days, I finally published my first post after introducing myself a few days ago, and as a beginner, of course I still need a lot of experience and advice from all of you, if later there are mistakes or deficiencies in my post, please correct it from all of you

At the beginning of our meeting, I will try to share recipes and procedures for cooking lunch menus which are very common in my country, which consist of many types of vegetables, spices which are of course very beneficial for health, and I will try to explain one one by one from the food I mean

FLOUR FRIED CHICKEN

The first is flour fried chicken, and to make it, it's quite easy, the ingredients I use here are ingredients that are easy to find, along with the spices and how to make this fried chicken

Materials used

  • 1kg of fresh chicken
  • Two onion cloves
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • Half a clove of turmeric
  • 6 pecans
  • 10 seeds of pepper
  • A teaspoon of salt
  • 1 egg
  • 10 gr wheat flour

The ingredients for making this fried chicken are exactly what I wrote above, and the way to make it is very easy, here are the steps for cooking it

First steps


First of all, clean the chicken and cut it into pieces according to each of us' wishes, I cut the chicken into small pieces to make it easier for me to enjoy, my teeth are no longer strong, and after that, peel and wash the spices as they are in the photo above

Step 2


Blend the liquid spices and put everything into the chicken pieces that we have cleaned, don't forget to add a teaspoon of salt to the chicken pieces, if you like, you can add lime juice to make the chicken taste fresher

Next, cook all the ingredients over medium heat, add 100 ml of water and wait until all the spices are absorbed, and the chicken meat is also tender.

After that, pour all the ingredients that we have cooked into a container, and mix one egg, stir everything thoroughly, then prepare the flour in a different container, coat the chicken pieces one by one with flour and fry until the chicken is perfectly cooked, and that is step Finally, from how to make flour fried chicken, the results are as below


That's how this fried chicken looks, it's very crunchy, but we Indonesians don't think it's legal to eat rice without vegetables, especially with fried chicken, it won't be enough, the perfect partner for this fried chicken is boiled vegetables, and I will too share how to cook it

BOILED VEGETABLES

Boiled vegetables are several types of vegetables that are mixed and boiled simultaneously, here we call it gulee rampoe or mixed vegetables, and the cooking method is really just boiled, but the ingredients are very much, and there are already in the market there is a package for this vegetable, which consists of the following

  • 30gr kates flower (papaya vegetable)
    • 50gr of cassava leaves
    • 100gr kale
    • 2 long beans
    • 1 tomato
    • 2 Spring onions
    • 30gr Bean Sprouts
    • 5 lime leaves
    • 20gr chicory
    • 30gr Cabbage
    • 20gr chayote
    • 50gr ground pumpkin
    • 30gr water pumpkin
    • 20gr Carrots
    • 5 green chilies
      And two teaspoons of salt

A lot of ingredients are used isn't it, but I can't detail the measurements of the vegetables used, the photo above might explain everything, and just add two teaspoons of salt, to cook it, I'll show you the process of cooking these vegetables and the steps

Actually cooking boiled vegetables is something that even small children can do, because we just have to cut all the vegetables to the size we want, then boil all the ingredients in the same container, with the amount of water adjusted for the portion, but make sure we have washed it thoroughly. all those vegetables


Give the picture two teaspoons, or adjust it according to the amount of water we use when boiling it, and just stir until smooth, then when all the vegetables are muddy, it's ready to be served, we don't need to add anything else, because the sweet and sour flavors have all been mixed in the content of the vegetables that we use, that's all the way to cook it, it's easy isn't it


This is how it looks when it's been served, the green color of the vegetables is really appetizing, and so far there are two menus that we have cooked, namely fried chicken in flour and boiled vegetables

Fried ay and vegetables are still not enough for the lunch menu, as I said before, we Indonesians don't eat nask without a complete partner, and to complement the existing menu, I also make Indonesian special sambal belacan

SAMBAL BELACAN

Sambal belacan is a kind of sauce made from shrimp paste as the main ingredient, the taste is dominantly spicy and cooking is also not difficult at all, just provide the following ingredients

Ingredients used to make sambal

  • One pack of shrimp paste (20gr)
  • 2 onion cloves
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 5gr red chilli
  • 5gr green chilli
  • A tablespoon of palm sugar
  • A teaspoon of salt
  • 1 lime

Those are the ingredients for making this belacan sambal, and how to make it very easy, just follow the steps below


Peel all the ingredients, and wash thoroughly, then fry all the ingredients until tender, don't give the lime juice first, we just squeeze the lime feeling later


After all the ingredients are fried, drain until the oil dries up, then blend all the ingredients, don't forget to add the salt and also the lime juice, and until here everything is done, and the results of the sambal belacan are as shown in the photo above

Everything is perfect now, the lunch menu is ready to be served, all the ingredients and the menu are a very harmonious pair, which of course increases appetite and is also beneficial for health, here is the final result of all my cooking

FINAL RESULT FOR LUNCH MENU


The food is ready to be served, all that remains is to enjoy it, and that is the perfect menu that my two sons really like. Every day I will definitely cook for them, even though sometimes I feel tired when I come home from work, but because they really like it, I will put aside the taste. that tired

This chili paste makes our appetite increase, fresh vegetables will certainly give us positive energy, and crispy fried chicken is perfect as the main side dish, added with hot rice, everything is perfect
