Breakfast Cooking Time - Fried Egg With Luffa And Mushroom π π³π©βπ³
Greetings everyone ππ», what are you having for breakfast today? For me, I had fried eggs with luffa. This fried egg vegetable stir fry takes 15 minutes to make, can be served with rice, noodle or as a side. Itβs another low-effort recipe for preparing a quick breakfast.
Ingredients
- eggs
- luffa
- garlic
- shrimp
- green onion
- mushrooms
- Seasoning π§ (salt, chicken powder, sugar, soy sauce, fish sauce and oyster sauces)
Instructions
I like to make my favorite fried egg: the crispy olive oil fried egg. These fried eggs have golden, crispy edges, which contrast beautifully with their runny yellow yolks. Contrast is everything!
Firstly, heat a small cast-iron or nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Secondly, add the oil swirl it around the skillet. Immediately crack the egg into the skillet. Thirdly, add the water to the pan, reduce the heat to medium low, cover, and cook for 1 minute and Remove the egg from the pan immediately. Lastly, seasoned with salt and pepper if youβd like.
Wash the luffa under cold water and pat dry. Trim off the ends of luffa. After trimming the luffa, cut it into small piece as you like. For me I cut it about 4-inches.
Rinse krill under running water for few seconds in order to clean the dirt. After that put it in one plate.
Marinate the krill with 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce, a half tablespoon of salt, 1/2 of sugar and a half tablespoons of chicken powder. We mix it together before frying it.
Add oil into the skillet with high heat.
Add the krill that we already have marinate it, fried it until the krill turn read and itβs mean our krill is cooked.
Put more soup powder, we taste it to make sure we got the taste that we want.
After the krill is cooked, we put all the luffa into the skilled and fried it together until the luffa turn soft.
Now, add the mushroom that we have prepared into the skillet too. Stir all the ingredients together over medium heat.
Letβs put the green onion when the vegetable turn soft and cooked.
Now, it is the time we have been waiting. Put the fries eggs with adding some more seasoning to the skillet.
We stirred it for 1-2 minutes and our breakfast is done.
