My strategies and plans on Hive and how I'm achieving my goals. [EN/PT]

The Web3 has unique features: it is decentralized and based on blockchain technology. On Hive, we have a democratic social network free from interference from third parties or companies dictating what is viable and what is not. We are made up of users who must value sense in useful content on various topics.

When I began to understand a little of what all this is, I was simply amazed. Here on Hive, we come across several opportunities, we can expand our network of contacts, create friendships, and even find people who bring highly relevant content and become our references. And I must also mention an attractive topic: the financial opportunity.

Anyone has the ability to create content, we always have some subject that we dominate or the ability to master. Many people do this every day on Web2 social networks and cannot monetize this "wasted time". And that's where we find a new horizon, a place to express ourselves and earn money for it, regardless of whether you have millions of followers or just a few tens, the numbers don't matter in this scenario.

But monetizing here on Hive is not as easy as it seems (nor should it be). You have to work hard, post good content, and have a strategy!

What is my strategy?

Well, my basic strategy is to produce a lot and with good quality. I can't say that I'm excellent with words or that I can always express myself as I would like, but I try very hard, very hard, to try to create at least one relevant publication every day, and I've been doing this for a year and a half. I believe that this long-term consistency will yield good results for me, and that I am already reaping some along the way.

Another part of my strategy is to target good projects and accumulate assets related to them.

I discovered Hive through the game Splinterlands, and it's the project I'm most engaged in for Hive sublayers. I trust the project, follow the updates and news, and have been investing in assets related to the game since I started. I can say that a good part of my investments here on Hive is there.

Another project I'm starting is Leo Finance. It's only been six months that I've been following it more closely and accumulating its tokens. I'm a big enthusiast of the project because of its solidity, but mainly because I know its leaders are always present informing about the project and creating optimizations all the time. This collaboration they do for Hive motivates me to be closer to this project and indirectly put my mark on it.

I can't fail to mention the event happening on Zealy, promoting its Threads interface and innovating more and more in this space in Web3.

But let's talk about goals.

My main goal is to achieve a good amount of Hive Power, and for that, I work hard by creating daily content. Knowing that by growing in this area, I will have more relevance to contribute to other content creators through manual curation. At the moment, I have almost 5k HP and my goal for this year is to reach 8k HP, and in the medium term, 20k HP.

My goal with the Leo Finance token is 7,000 tokens by the end of this year, something that will be fulfilled with my consistency and participation in the monthly LPUD. In the medium term, I would like to reach 50,000 tokens.

What would I do if I won this month's event prize?

I would divide the reward into three parts and continue with my setup. I would allocate 40% to Hive Power, 40% to Leo tokens, and 20% to Splinterlands assets. This reward would accelerate my goals and give me the great task of replanning my entire strategy. Surely, it would be an effort that I would be happy to undertake!

Mas monetizar aqui na Hive não é tão fácil quanto parece (e nem deveria). É preciso trabalhar duro, postar bons conteúdos e ter uma estratégia!

Qual é a minha estratégia?

Bem, a minha estratégia básica é produzir muito e com boa qualidade. Não posso dizer que sou excelente com as palavras ou que consigo me expressar como gostaria sempre, mas me esforço muito, muito mesmo, para tentar criar ao menos uma publicação todos os dias que seja relevante, e já estou fazendo isso há um ano e meio. Acredito que essa constância a longo prazo vai me render bons frutos, e que já estou colhendo alguns pelo caminho.

Outra parte da minha estratégia é mirar em bons projetos e acumular ativos relacionados a eles.

Conheci a Hive através do jogo Splinterlands, e é o projeto em que mais estou engajado pelas subcamadas da Hive. Eu confio no projeto, acompanho as atualizações e notícias e estou investindo em ativos relacionados ao jogo desde que comecei. Posso dizer que boa parte dos meus investimentos aqui na Hive estão lá.

Outro projeto que estou iniciando é a Leo Finance. São apenas seis meses que estou acompanhando mais de perto e acumulando seus tokens. Sou um grande entusiasta do projeto pela solidez que ele possui, mas principalmente por saber que seus líderes estão sempre presentes informando sobre o projeto e criando otimizações a todo instante. Essa colaboração que fazem pela Hive me motiva a estar cada vez mais perto desse projeto e colocar a minha marca nele de forma indireta.

Não posso deixar de mencionar sobre o evento que está acontecendo na Zealy, promovendo sua interface de Threads e inovando cada vez mais esse espaço na Web3.

Minha meta principal é conseguir uma boa quantidade de Hive Power e, para isso, eu trabalho duro criando conteúdo diário. Sabendo que, ao crescer nesse quesito, terei mais relevância para contribuir com outros criadores de conteúdo através de curadoria manual. No momento, possuo quase 5k de HP e minha meta ainda para este ano é alcançar 8k de HP e, a médio prazo, 20k de HP.
