The Multichain, some bridges and the multiverse of madness, minus Doctor Strange - Day 11

I have the habit to explore well or less known blockchains, and build on there, completely separately than my other wallets, just to see what is the potential for that one blockchain. I usually start with a small amount 10-50$, and build from that. BSC was the only one where I put some more funds. This is not always perfect, timewise, and I have ended with different amounts of crypto, on different wallets. Anyway, sometimes i clear up the house, and clean the sheets, so for example I ended with 11K TRX and some 2 million Wink on Tron, which are paying like $20 per month in staking rewards, but I may also got some Geist on Fantom, where they pay quite good, if you lock them, but they are dropping in value, and all my wallet is now around 100$. I think my most exotic one is Kusama, the canary network of Polkadot.

So, the next step, when I look for one new blockchain to study, is the kind of bridge or bridges available. Depending on this, you can also judge their potential to grow (well, i still remember using DEC on the Splinterlands blockchain game to cheaply transfer for example from Tron to WAX, still beating most of the other ones available. Bridging function is important, and a decent bridge, with minimal or no fees is always to be appreciated. (The less known and mystical, the better, as for example using Accros Protocol bridge to move Ethereum from the mainnet to Layer 2 Boba)

After that, the next logical step is to look for multi-chain tokens. And the possibility of arbitrage. Think about Leo for example or PMON (the token of Polychain Monsters new game, previously named Polkamon), living on multiple blockchains, and how you can move it from one to another, and just exchange it in a common one, for example if Leo is more expensive on Hive than BSC, you can always use a platform with minimal fees, and kind of create a circuit. Buy Hive on Binance, send it to BSC, exchange in Leo, use bridge to transfer to BSC, and so on, and get let's say 4-500$ for each cycle, with the possibility to do 3 cycles per day. This would one example of arbitrage. There are endless possibilities if you know where to look.

Funny enough, some time ago, few years maybe, this was the momment when I was thinking that I was succesfull in crypto. Can you imagine that? And today, people are complaining about the full bear. Of, you sweet summer child, you never lived through the rough crypto winter! As the bottom seems to be close, I am sure that Bitcoin will try soon to push up, and maybe this time will, followed shortly by all the altcoins. Patience, this is the only skill that you need, when it is about crypto. Get some good choices, and there are plenty of good researchers to follow right now, and wait. Get small amounts, often, and keep rebalancing your portfolio now and then.

Keep pushing, keep going!

All the best,
George
