Yes, this is right. By thinking too much about the future, you forget to live in the present. My Jedi Master used to tell me:

And now, at the end of the year, the time is passing by, faster than ever. The time has no patience. And we are often thinking that we are not enough, that we are not doing enough. But the main point is, that sinking feeling that we are not enough, that one, that is the main enemy. We need to be content with the level of effort we put into something, and if we know we did everything in our power, than we should be content. Moderation is the key, if you want to achieve the balance. in life.

A new year will start soon. And the energy of the new beginnings is great, but it is not enough. You need to use something called perseverent. Daily grit. Going again and again.
