-Entre los alimentos que más se consumen en el restaurant esta la famosa langosta 🦞aunque debo decir que en estos momentos esta en veda pero solo quiero mostrarles como la servimos aquí.

-La carne de la langosta es muy delicada, cualquier otro ingrediente que le coloques corres el riesgo de eliminar el sabor original así que debemos tener cuidado de cómo prepararla.

The degree of difficulty of this preparation is cutting the lobster, which if you do not have the necessary tools becomes a bit more complicated, and from there everything is easier.
-El grado de dificultad de esta preparación es el corte de la langosta, que si no tienes las herramientas necesarias se complica un poco más, y de ahi es más fácil todo.

Clients ask for it a lot despite its price and it is ironic because lobster preparation before had no greater value and people from less affluent classes ate it and now things have changed, it is a preparation linked to people of high income.
-Los clientes la piden mucho a pesar de su precio y es irónico porque la preparación de la langosta antes no tenía mayor valor y la comian las personas de clases menos pudientes y ahora las cosas han cambiado, es una preparación ligada a personas de altos recursos.
