RICH SOUP 🍲 / RICA SOPA 🍲

After a hard job that still hasn't finished, nothing better than having a good plate of dopa to lift your spirits. Here is my menu for today:

INGREDIENTS

• Vegetables
• Vegetables
• Protein (in this case I used chicken)
• Water
• Salt and pepper.
• Oregano

For preparation

1.) - Cut all the ingredients: Chicken and vegetables.

2.) - Place a pot with water and vegetables.

3.) - In another pot sauté garlic, onion, salt, pepper and chicken and dried oregano.

4.) - When the vegetables are almost soft, I place the chicken preparation before ready.

5.) - Lastly, I add the buquet garni or herbs to give more flavor and freshness (This is done by holding the used spices with a thread, in my case I used coriander and celery)

6.) - When you finish cooking, remove the buquet and serve the soup.

Luego de una faena de trabajo dura y que todavia no termina, nada mejor que tomarse un buen plato de dopa para levantar los ánimos. Aquí les muestro mi menú de hoy:

INGREDIENTES

• Verduras
• Vegetales
• Proteína (usé en este caso pollo)
• Agua
• Sal y pimienta.
• Orégano

A modo de preparación

1.) - Cortar todos los ingredientes: Pollo y vegetales

2.) - Colocar una olla con agua y las verduras.

3.) - En otra olla saltear ajo, cebolla, sal pimienta y el pollo y orégano seco.

4.) - Cuando las verduras están casi blandas, coloco el preparado del pollo antes listo.

5.) - De último agrego el buquet garni o de hiervas para dar más sabor y frescura (Ese se hace agarrando con hilo las especias usadas, en mi caso usé cilantro y celery)

6.) - Al terminar la cocción, retiras el buquet y sirves la sopa.
