Sometimes I have to please some clients more than necessary since they are regulars at the place, it is not ideal because there is supposed to be a menu specially designed to please palates but there are times when I have to do it.

This is the case of a client who wanted a hearty dish, not gourmet at all, but food in abundance and also colourful, cheerful, and well, this was my proposal.

The important thing about the case is that the client liked it and was grateful for the attention received from me and the Kitchen Brigade. That is what is relevant, that the customer leaves satisfied, and without anger, but not all the time they can be satisfied because there are orders that are crazy.

However, I am not closed to new proposals or complacency because at the end of the day what I want is for diners to have a satisfying and innovative gastronomic experience.

I must say that this Easter season was very busy but I didn't have any major setbacks, everything went well at the end of the day.

And how did you do this Easter?

A veces debo complacer más de la cuenta a algunos clientes ya que son habituales al local, no es lo ideal porque se supone que hay un menú especialmente diseñado para complacer paladares pero hay momentos que me toca hacerla.

Este es el caso de un cliente que quería un plato abundante, nada de gourmet ni poco sino comida en abundancia y además colorida, alegre,, y bueno esta fue mi propuesta.

Lo importante del caso es que al cliente le gustó y estuvo agradecido por la atención recibida por mi parte y la Brigada de cocina. Eso es lo relevante, que el cliente se vaya satisfecho, y sin enojos pero no todo el tiempo se puede complacer porque hay pedidos que son una locura.

Sin embargo, no me cierro a nuevas propuestas o complacencias porque al f ir n de cuenta lo que deseo es que los comensales tengan una experiencia gastronómica satisfactoria y novedosa.

Debo decir que esta temporada de Semana Santa fue muy movida pero no tuve grandes contratiempos, todo salió bien al final de la jornada.
