Oat cake : happy anniversary 🎂🍰 [Eng-Esp]

Greetings my baking friends! It gives me great pleasure to share with you this great recipe that besides being delicious, is to celebrate the first anniversary of @plantpoweronhive. This recipe is.

Let's see the ingredients:

-2 flax eggs
-75 grams of sugar cane juice
-80 grams of olive or sunflower oil (I used sunflower oil because it has a more neutral flavor)
-120 grams of oat flour
-1 tablespoon baking powder
-100 grams of homemade pear compote

Veamos los ingredientes:

-2 huevos de lino
-75 gramos de jugo de caña de azúcar
-80 gramos de aceite de oliva o girasol (yo usé de girasol ya que tiene un sabor más neutro

❇️Preparation:

-Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius.

-In a bowl we add half of the flour, incorporate the hydrated flax eggs, oil, cane juice and begin to beat.

-With a spoon we add the remaining dry ingredients: half of the flour and the baking powder. Mix until everything is well incorporated.

❇️Preparación:

-Precalenramos el horno en 200 grados centígrados

-En un recipiente agregamos la mitad de la harina, incorporamos los huevos de lino hidratados, el aceite, el jugo de caña y comenzamos a batir.

-Con una cuchara vamos a gregando los ingredientes secos que nos quedan: la mitad de la harina y el polvo de hornear. Mezclamos has que se incorpore todo bien.

-Prepare the mold, in this case I used a 14-centimeter mold with greaseproof paper, or you can grease it with a little of your sunflower or olive oil. Add the mixture and tap it against the table so that it spreads well.

-Preparamos el molde, en este caso utilicé uno de 14 centímetros con papel manteca, o puedes engrasado con un poco de tu aceite de girasol u oliva. Agregamos la mezcla y damos unos golpes contra la mesa para que se extienda bien.

-Bake at a temperature of 175° Celsius for 25 to 30 minutes.

-Remove from the oven and proceed to unmold very carefully and let stand for at least 40 minutes. To make sure it is very cold when it is time to fill it.

-With the help of a leveler, slice the cake in half to fill it. I used homemade pear compote. I promise in a future publication to show you how to prepare fruit compotes.

-Llevamos a hornear a una temperatura de 175° centígrados durante 25 a 30 minutos.

-Retiramos del horno y procedemos a desmoldar con mucho cuidado y dejamos reposar al menos por 40 minutos. Para que esté bien frío a la hora de rellenar.

-Con ayuda de un nivelador, rebanamos la torta a la mitad para rellenarla. Yo utilicé compota de pera casera. Prometo en una publicación futura enseñarles a preparar las compotas de frutas.

-Top with a touch of organic peanut butter, i.e. without sweeteners.
And ready, we can enjoy with a delicious cup of tea.
