How Cycling improves our Healths

Hello my fellow world Cyclists, I will be educating you on some health benefits of cycling on a Regular basis (once a week or more then). For years Cycling has been one of my major way to excersise my body and to stretch my muscles. Although I engage in other sport and games like , swimming, football, tennis and some athletics performance but non of them can me compared to my love for cycling most expecially on my 21SPEED shimano RIPCURL RHINO. I enjoy cycling, and there are some improvements cycling has helped me with based of My physiological and cognitive

On my further research and experiences about cycling I discovered there are some health tips and benefits of cycling I will love to share with my fellow world cyclist.
Here are some of the Tips;

  1. Improved cognitive(The brain); cycling helps to improve the brain through excersing the muscles of the brain to bring in more nutrients to function effectively.
  2. Improve the cardiovascular system: cycling helps to improve the the heart rate To function effectively to avoid and damage of the blood vessels.
  3. Improves the cardio respiratory system; cycling helps to improve breathing, and other organs of the respiratory.
  4. Improved Muscular strength; Regular cycling can also improve the strength of an individual by helping him/ her grow the muscles and endurance to be able to perform activities without stress
  5. Strengthen the Joints and bones: cycling helps to exercise the joints and bones to prevent any musculoskeletal health problems and disease. It also helps the joints to perform effectively.
  6. Helps reduce Fats levels; This is one of my major concerns, because when there is too much of Fat in the body could cause health issues, but with the help of cycling Fat or high cholesterol problem will be reduced or burned off
  7. Improves Good Body posture; Cycling help us to align our posture into good shapes.
  8. Cycling helps to improve your Body Balance, both on movement and while standing.

Cycling understanding should not only be limited to daily fun or errands, but also enlightened on it’s importance and health benefits. My advice for cyclist non Cyclist is to enencourage you to try get a bycicle, even though it’s once in a week or 3-4 times a month move with your bike to exercise your body to have a healthy living and good health.

I can so relate to all these benefits, i'm a mother of two at 30 years, you can hardly know I already have kids because my abs is well trimmed and my shape is still intact, I guess cycling also played a major role in this.
