YOUTH BEWARE ( Bible study)

The sin of sexual immorality and perversion is prevalent in the world today because of the easy access to virtual and internet, where by in this our world today pornography and sexual immorality is common today.

Flee also youthful lust: but follow righteous, faith, charity, peace, with them that call on the lord out of a pure heart 2nd Timothy 2:22

One major tool the devil have used to chain a lot of youth down is lust of the flesh. This days the internet and the virtual world have been made to make people see the lust of the flesh as a normal life experience. We need to be aware of the devils devises and deceptions.

I have had encounter with some of my colleagues and friends to preach about righteousness and holiness the way God want us to live on this earth. Some believe in Holiness but can’t meet up with the process because they are distracted, while some don’t have found sinful life comfortable and find the ways of Christ boring.

One tool the devil is using to enslave youths and distract youth from christ even on Sunday's and early morning prayers today is through delicious gifts, hard works, appointments, promises. All this listed are good but when they affect our prayer life we need to be aware of the demonic schemes.

We must also be aware that even at our comfort of sins, satan does not give flavors away for free, his demands are much greater than the confort you have, and it is the scheme of the devil to distract you away from this thoughts and not to Appeal to Gods principles.

How we can overcome the Devils Scheme in our Todays lives.

1. Prayer; Alawys be alert to pray everytime or anywhere.

2. Abstaining from sins; This is one of the vital to overcoming the devises of the devils

3. Reading the Bible always; we must always read the Bible in order to be equipped with the word of God

4. Tell a friend; let everyone around you be aware of Christ, because if you are surrounded with corrupt minds the devil can use this as a tool against you.

5. Let God influence your choice; In everything you do let God make the decision, put God first in all you do, because our choices determine the course of our lives and survival.

Further more An Overcoming youth need to be aware of things of the Flesh in other to understand the devises of the Devil.

Galatians 5; 19-21

Now the works of the flesh are manifest, which are these; Adultery, fornication, uncleanness, lasciviousness, Idolatry, witchcraft, hatred, variance, emulations, wrath, strife, seditions, heresies, Envyings, murders, drunkenness, revellings, and such like: of the which I tell you before, as I have also told you in time past, that they which do such things shall not inherit the kingdom of God.

But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, gentleness, goodness, faith,
Meekness, temperance: against such there is no law.
And they that are Christ's have crucified the flesh with the affections and lusts.
