My best Birthday so Far – Nature and Communion

The 3rd of June has been my 35th Birthday.

Last year, I spent it on the national final competition of wheelchair basketball I am coaching. While this year, I was attending the National Gathering of all the Italian Yoga school from our International Federation. The Federation counts in total more than 40.000 Yoga/Tantra and more students, while in Italy we have about 10 different schools, with Yoga, Tantra, Shivaism, Polar Groups (Male and Female) and so on.

From the 1st June to the 4th I have been in the Eco-village Anidra, in Borzonasca (Genova, Italy).

The following is an amazing waterfall we had into the Eco-village. It was like 10 meters high and considering that waterfalls and lightnings are my favorite natural events, I stared at this event every time I could.

From the first day the activities have been very dense, intense and touching. When I attend the events of this school I always feel like home, surrounded by brothers and sisters. And the last night, teachers made me a small surprise, issuing a spiritual activity for all of us (a not-really common activity) that made many of the participants thanking me for having the chance to attend it. I felt so full of gratitude of the synchronism I felt of having my birthday during that exact dates!

And here it was the fire (“falò” in Italian, from the last night).

The huge coincidence?

That on 3rd and 4th of June there was the Full-Moon, that usually provides a huge amount of energy that may be difficult to control and sublimate, but performing our activities we could feel all of it, and we felt full of love for each other in a huge and pure communion.

As you can see, the place was amazing, the activities were heart&mind-replenishing and the people have been amazing.
