Urban Landscapes - the weekend freewriters

Wandering around the city one sees an array of buildings, the most diverse.
New, old, under construction, ruins.

My eye lingered on this stone building in the historic part of town....
Bare stone walls with a few ivy plants barely taking root.

Within the half-light pervades me, I hear a noise: I distracted a cat that was probably hunting a mouse.

I continue

The darkness increases, but a breath of wind moves a shutter and illuminates for me an abandoned kitchen, no crockery, just the dishwasher and a cheap kitchen where the owners cooked their lunches and partied on feast days.
Oddly enough, it is neat despite being abandoned!

I walk out of the kitchen and into the living room, as usual above the front door a holy card, protecting the house and especially the inhabiting family.

The alarm clock rings, I re-emerge from my thoughts, see you next time!
