With such weather, I am glad with my house-lamps :D

Here in Modena where I live, the weather is not really bright and shining making it quite grey and wet. Luckily this weekend I have some works to perform for a Yoga project I am conducting as well as a couple of meetings.
Yesterday evening I was in Bologna for the Tantra-Yoga practice for the make group that is usually very powerful and energizing being it also much interesting when the teachers have the time to prepare a topic for education/discussion.

This morning I had a couple of calls: one with a lawyer that is supporting me in some issues and another with a big education school from the Centre of Italy, to evaluate new courses where I can be a teacher this year. I have been working with them since 6 months on a contract basis and I feel really good working with them as even if they are not 100% well-organized, their level of teachings are top notch and I like working on such levels.

While tomorrow it will be a relaxing day, with in the morning some things to do in our home while in the afternoon I will have a meeting with the other yoga teacher of the school where I am practicing yoga, Mary and another girl to plan the activities for the next Open Day in February, where we are going to organize different activities in the same day to show different courses and groups we have in our school. The aim is brining as many people as we can to practice Yoga because it’s a great way of improving health, purifying the body, the mind and also our inner energy.

So, maybe, not the most revolutionizing weekend but a great weekend with a lot of different activities to build the next future and my current life.
