WHAT IS IT LIKE TO LIVE WITH PANCHI AND CHIQUITA? 🐾🐶
Greetings to all the Pet Community, my name is Milagro De la Rosa (
@milagroscdlrr), And today I am going to tell you a little bit more about my dogs, Panchi and Chiquita.
On Sunday 26th February, my dad went on a trip, which was a big blow for our little dog called Panchi (the pincher), because Panchi is very attached to my dad. My dad took him to work, he took him to the market when he had to go shopping, he took him to the park, in short, Panchi went everywhere with my dad, he was and is his favourite. But when the day of my dad's trip arrived, Panchi was very discouraged, sad and even distant. He would lie down in the chair where my dad used to sit with him, spent many hours sleeping and had little appetite. Also, every time someone from the building where we live entered the building and Panchi heard, he would stand in the doorway for several minutes thinking it was my dad.

On Monday, I was supposed to open the business as my dad had left me in charge until he came back to the country. So I thought I would do the things he did here with Panchi. I brought him to the shop, took him for walks, but Panchi was still very discouraged and spent the whole morning and part of the afternoon without eating. As I realised that he did eat at home and was more lively there, I stopped bringing him to the shop for fear that he would get skinny and die. My mother agreed with that decision, so I left him at home with Chiquita and my mother, and I went to work.
After 1 month, Panchi was getting livelier every day, he ate everything we put in his bowl, and played a lot with me and my mum, but in that same month I began to notice other changes in him, I noticed that he began to feel jealous of Chiquita. 😳🤭 It is not a secret that Chiquita is my spoiled, because when my dad was here, Panchi was very grumpy with me, I gave him the same affection and love that I gave to Chiquita but he is very but very attached to my dad, even when I approached to say something to my dad, Panchi barked at me because he thought I was going to steal his food. 😂😂
But well, as I just mentioned, Panchi is jealous of Chiquita, and I noticed that Chiquita is also jealous of him. When I sit on the furniture in my house, Panchi gets on it very quickly, while Chiquita stopped getting on it on her own and now always waits for me to carry her to get her on the furniture. At that moment, Panchi climbs on top of my legs and lies down. It's very funny because Chiquita stares at me waiting for me to remove Panchi so she can take her place, and when I don't do it, she starts squealing for me to do it. 😳🤭
Because of these attitudes that both of them had taken, I asked myself the question: "Who is more jealous, Panchi or Chiquita?", I asked my mother the same question and she thinks Panchi, but in my opinion, both are very jealous. However, I give them both the same support and love, which is the most important thing.

It is always the case that when the hierarchy changes because a family member joins or someone leaves the family, the dogs have to fight for their new place in the hierarchy. There is not much you can do about it.
But time will fix it, it always does.

Saludos mi Mila. 🥰 Recuerdo esos primeros días cuando era muy evidente lo triste y desanimado que estaba Panchi, ahorita se nota mucho más alegre e incluso volvió a ser otra vez gruñon con el tema de la comida 😳 pero hay algo que no es del todo cierto, es el hecho de que no se come toda la comida que le ponen 👀 todavía hay que ponerlo a comer y hacer como si uno se la va a robar para que el se ponga alerta y trate de comérsela.
Para mí, el más celoso soy yo. 😳 Ah perdón, te referías de Panchi y Chiquita jajaja 🤭 yo considero que cuando se trata de tí Chiquita es más celosa, ella siempre ha estado acostumbrada a ser la que más atención recibe de tí. Entonces cuando llegas de la calle y te pones a saludar a ambos, he notado como Chiquita se te queda mirando cuando te pones a saludar a Panchi y algunas te ladra demandando su atención. 😳🤭
Me gustó mucho este post, me alegra mucho que tanto Panchi y Chiquita puedan contar con tu cariño y tu apoyo. Aunque Chiquita tiene unos privilegios que Panchi no tiene jajaja.

Greetings my Mila. 🥰 I remember those first days when it was very evident how sad and discouraged Panchi was, now he is much more cheerful and even became grumpy again with the food 😳 but there is something that is not quite true, is the fact that he does not eat all the food they put him 👀 you still have to put him to eat and pretend that you are going to steal it so that he becomes alert and tries to eat it.
For me, I'm the most jealous 😳 Ah sorry, you meant Panchi and Chiquita hahaha 🤭 I think that when it comes to you Chiquita is more jealous, she's always been used to being the one who gets the most attention from you. So when you come in from the street and greet both of them, I've noticed how Chiquita stares at you when you greet Panchi and some of them bark at you demanding her attention. 😳🤭
I really liked this post, I'm so glad that both Panchi and Chiquita can count on your love and support. Although Chiquita has some privileges that Panchi doesn't have hahaha.
