Hoy quiero traerles una receta que ademas de ser muy rica y saludable, es super super rapida de preparar, y es ideal para esos dias donde por X o Y razon debes comer solo liquidos, y nada de solidos. Y ahora que lo veo, me hubiese caido de maravilla cuando me saqué la cordal😜 pero aja, quien me la iba a hacer? Jajaja esta vez me tocó hacersela a mi hijo, quien esta malito de su garganta 😞 han sido dias dificiles sin duda para nosotros, pero afortunadamente ya está mucho mejor, asi que ya hay tiempo para compartirles acá la receta rapida rica y saludable de esta cremita, asi que manos a la obra💪

Okey, lo primero que deben saber es que tambien pueden hacerlo con otra presa de pollo, peeero, tomen en cuanta que hay que licuarla al final, asi que siempre y cuando pueda deshacerse de los huesos, todo bien!! En mi caso para ahorrarme ese trabajo, usé la pechuga jeje

Asi que el primer paso fue quitarle toda la piel a la pechuga y cortar junto a las auyamas que corte en cuadros, y lavé muy bien para luego agregarlas a la olla junto al pollo

El siguiente paso fue pelar y machacar la cabeza de ajo y agregarla a la olla junto al oregano y la sal para luego llevarla a la candela por unos 20-25 minutos, o en su defecto hasta que este blando el pollo y la auyama

El siguiente paso es sacar poco a poco todo de la olla y llevarlo a la licuadora junto a unas 3 cucharaditas de la misma agua donde todo se sancochó

Y asi de facil ya estuvo lista nuestra cremita😍😍 que quedo supero deliciosa, mi hijo la amó, y mi esposo a pesar de ser un poco mala boca con esto de las cremas porque no le gustan esas texturas jeje, se disfrutó su cremita tambien, y ni hablar de la bebe, a quien tambien le tocó su porcion🥰 asi que como ven es una opcion, rapida y apta para toda la familia, asi que espero que se animen, y les guste tanto como a nosotros🥰
