Hola amigos comelones🤤🥰 de nuevo por aca y esta vez quiero compartirles mi experiencia haciendo por primera vez Albondigas 🥰🤤 si si, con 30 años NUNCA habia hecho albondigas jajajaja asi que recurrí a la receta de mi madre, porque justo hace unos dias hizo unas en mi casa y quedaron DELICIOSASSSS🤤🤤 Asi que quedé antojada, asi que ya teniendo la carnita iba a hacerla guisada como normalmente, pero quise hacer algo diferente, y que mejor que estas albondigas, pero como no tenia idea de como era, acudí a mi madre. Peeero, no me respondía, asi que me fuí a google, donde habian infinitas recetas, y sinceramente habian ingredientes que no me cuadraban y ni los tenia😂😂 asi que comencé a hacerlas como mi instinto cocinero me dijo jaja y para cuando mi madre me respondió ya tenia el 80% De la comida lista jeje, asi que aca les explico, que al final el proceso fue muy facil

INGREDIENTES

🍝 500gr de Carne molida
🍝 3 Cebollas
🍝 6 Ajies dulces
🍝 1 pasta de Tomate
🍝 2 cucharadas de Mostaza
🍝 Sal, Oregano y Comino
🍝 3 Cucharadas de Harina Pan

INGREDIENTS.

🍝 500gr Ground beef
🍝 3 Onions
🍝 6 sweet peppers
🍝 1 Tomato paste
🍝 2 tablespoons of Mustard
🍝 Salt, Oregano and Cumin
🍝 3 Tablespoons of Bread Flour

Okey lo primero que hice fue pelar y lavar las cebollas, al igual que lavar y sacar las semillas de los ajies, yo iba a picarlos, peeeero en eso me respondió mi mamá y me dijo que los licua un poco, evitando que se vuelvan miga 🤣 eso lo logro dandole de a poquito velocidad, apagando y listo, quedaron casi que picados con el cuchillo jeje, luego colé eso

Okey the first thing I did was to peel and wash the onions, as well as wash and remove the seeds from the peppers, I was going to chop them, but that's when my mom answered me and told me to blend them a little, avoiding that they become crumbs 🤣 I achieve that by giving it a little speed, turning it off and ready, they were almost chopped with the knife hehe, then I strained it.

Ese aliño lo dividí en 2 partes, y una se la agregué a la carne, junto a la mostaza, y los condimentos, mas una cucharada de sal, un chorrito de salsa inglesa, y la harina pan, para luego con las manos, amasar todo, en mi cabeza pense que le faltaba un huevo al menos para compactar, pero mi mamá me dijo que no le ponia, asi que yo no le puse, pretendia que me quedaran igual a las de ella jeje asi que seguí sus pasos!!

I divided that dressing into 2 parts, and one part I added to the meat, along with the mustard, and seasonings, plus a spoonful of salt, a dash of Worcestershire sauce, and flour bread, and then with my hands, knead everything, in my head I thought I needed at least one egg to compact, but my mom told me not to add it, so I didn't add it, I wanted them to be the same as hers hehe, so I followed her steps!

Luego de formadas las bolitas, calente una pailita con un poco de aceite para freir un poco las albondigas y asi evitar que se desintegraran en la salsa

After forming the balls, heat a small pan with a little oil to fry the meatballs a little and prevent them from disintegrating in the sauce.

Una vez tuve mis albondigas todas "fritas" me puse a preparar la salsa, agregué el resto de aliño que habia reservado con un poco de aceite para sofreirlo, una vez bien muertico le agregué 3 cucharadas de la pasta de tomate, y unas hojitas de laurel, uní todo y agregué una taza de agua, dejé que hirviera unos 10 minutos, y luego agregué mis albondigas y tapé a fuego bajo unos 20 minutos y listo😜😜

Once I had my meatballs all "fried" I started to prepare the sauce, I added the rest of the seasoning that I had reserved with a little oil to fry it, once it was well fried I added 3 tablespoons of tomato paste, and some bay leaves, I joined everything and added a cup of water, I let it boil for about 10 minutes, and then I added my meatballs and covered over low heat for about 20 minutes and ready😜😜

Asi de ricas quedaron🤤😍😍 yo las acompañé con pasta, pero facilmente se pueden acompañar con arroz, o cualquier tuberculo 🤤 una yuca o chino estaria riquisimo, pero con pasta estuvo FENOMENAL jaja😍😍 una receta que sin duda pronto repetiré, espero les haya gustado.

This is how delicious they were🤤😍😍😍 I served them with pasta, but you can easily serve them with rice, or any tuber 🤤 a yucca or Chinese would be delicious, but with pasta it was PHENOMENAL haha😍😍😍 a recipe that I will certainly repeat soon, I hope you liked it.
