Yo, gracias a Dios, de salud estoy muy bien; anímicamente pues ya saben, con un mar de emociones, sobre todo hoy, en un día tan importante para nosotros como familia. Un día de felicidad por ver a nuestro chiquito alcanzar la primera de muchas metas que sé que va a lograr: convertirse en bachiller de la república. Estoy feliz y demasiado orgullosa, por supuesto, pero por otro lado con el alma y el corazón destrozados porque mi mami anhelaba este momento, ver a su muchachito graduado 😭 y Dios tenía otros planes para ella. Pero sé que desde el cielo también está feliz. ❤️❤️

A day of happiness seeing our little boy reach the first of many goals I know he will achieve: becoming a high school graduate. I am happy and extremely proud, of course, but on the other hand, my soul and heart are heartbroken because my mom longed for this moment, to see her boy graduate 😭 and God had other plans for her. But I know that from heaven she is happy too. ❤️❤️

​Hoy la cita era para firmar el acta o libro, como quieran llamarle, y me tocó ser la acompañante de mi hermanito. Llovió un poco, mi papá se quedó sin carro, mi hermano sin gasolina, pero contra todo pronóstico, con agua, con sol, caminando, llegamos por fin... Todo estaba muy lindo para poder tomar las fotos.

Today's appointment was to sign the record or book, whatever you want to call it, and I was my little brother's companion. It rained a bit, my dad's car broke down, my brother ran out of gas, but against all odds, through rain and shine, walking, we finally made it... Everything was very nice so we could take pictures.

​La verdad me gustó que fue bastante ordenado el proceso. Primero pasaban a firmar todos, luego la foto con la estola y medalla y por último las fotos con familiares y grupales.

Truth be told, I liked that the process was quite organized. First, everyone went in to sign, then the picture with the stole and medal, and finally the group and family photos.

​Abraham tenía ojitos tristes y me dijo: "Mi hermosa, ¿qué irónico, verdad? Mami tanto que quería este momento y hoy no pudo estar aquí". Yo no pude contener las lágrimas y solo le dije que ella SIEMPRE estará con él en cada paso, y yo mientras Dios me lo permita.

A day full of emotions without a doubt, a very bittersweet Tuesday, but I am left with the joy that my little brother is officially just a few days away from receiving his high school diploma, and this is just the beginning. ❤️❤️
