Hello hello #Familyandfriends friends I hope you all are having a great start of the month!!! over here today I want to show you a nice and sandy ride we had over here hehehe

El domingo estábamos en casa tipo tranquilos, y creo que he comentado antes que vivimos a poco a minutos del polideportivo de la ciudad!! cuando yo me mudé con mi esposo y los niños aún no habían nacido, este lugar ni nos llamaba la atención jeje, bueno, al menos no como lo vemos ahora, si íbamos pero más a modo de trabajo ya que tuvimos un grupo grande de personas a las que dirigíamos con ejercicios funcionales!! pero después de tener a los niños. se convirtió en uno de los lugares que más frecuentamos con ellos jeje Chris sobretodo AMA ir al poli, si por el fuera iríamos todos los dias jeje

Sunday we were at home kind of quiet, and I think I have commented before that we live just minutes away from the sports center of the city!!! when I moved with my husband and the kids were not yet born, this place did not even call our attention hehe, well, at least not as we see it now, if we went but more like work as we had a large group of people who we led with functional exercises! ! but after we had the kids, it became one of the places we most frequent with them hehe Chris especially LOVES going to the poly, if it were for him we would go every day hehehe

pero bueno esté Domingo nos desocupamos temprano y a eso de las 4pm decidimos ir al poli, pero para no hacer digamos lo mismo, nos fuimos a la cancha de futbol de playa para que los niños jugaran en la arena, Sobretodo porque esa parte del Polideportivo la están remodelando, y de verdad siento que va a quedar muy lindo!! así que sin dudarlo nos fuimos hasta allá

But this Sunday we got up early and at about 4pm we decided to go to the poly, but to avoid doing the same thing, we went to the beach soccer field for the kids to play in the sand, especially because that part of the Polideportivo is being remodeled, and I really feel that it will be very nice!

Para nuestra sorpresa no estaba sola, habían algunos chicos jugando pero igual había mucho espacio para nosotros jeje. obvio todos nos quitamos los zapatos y disfrutamos de la arena que estaba super rica, medico humada asi que eso hacia que estuviera fresca!! los niños pues ni les cuento, más que felices 🥰 Ema sobretodo hasta se acostaba en la arena jaja y no pude evitar imaginarla en la playa jeje nunca han ido, pero ya vi que lo disfrutarían mucho, así que sin duda debemos llevarlos jeje

To our surprise I was not alone, there were some kids playing but there was still plenty of space for us hehe. obviously we all took off our shoes and enjoyed the sand that was super rich, medico humada so that made it fresh!!! the children well I can't even tell you, more than happy 🥰 Ema especially even lay down in the sand haha and I could not help but imagine her on the beach hehe have never been, but I saw that they would enjoy it very much, so no doubt we should take them hehehe

habíamos llevado una pelota pequeña de futbol y la usamos para jugar a lanzanosla 😂 a quien le tocaba debía lanzarsela a los demás jaja fue muy divertido, por supuesto Ema en esa parte no jugó jeje, pero estaba echando arena por todo el coche jajaja sin duda la pasamos muy bien!! lo único malo fue la hora de regresar, ya que no había llevado NADA como.para sacarnos esa arena del cuerpo jaja 😆 y por más que me daba con la mano, no se quitaba del todo, así que nos tocó regresar en modo arrastrados a la casa 😂😂 Por suerte era Domingo, y como nos queda a unos 3 kilometros, siempre nos vamos caminando 🚶 jeje pero sin duda es un plan que repetiremos💜💜

we had brought a small soccer ball and we used it to play to throw it to us 😂 whoever had to throw it to the others haha it was fun, of course Ema didn't play that part hehe, but she was throwing sand all over the car hahaha we certainly had a great time!!! the only bad thing was the time to return, since I had not brought ANYTHING like. to get that sand out of our bodies haha 😆 and as much as I gave it with my hand, it didn't come off at all, so we had to go back to the house 😂😂 Luckily it was Sunday, and as it is about 3 kilometers away, we always walk 🚶 hehe but it is certainly a plan that we will repeat💜💜
