"Discovering the smoothness of a café negrito"☕.
Greetings friends, hoping you are having a very productive week. A few days ago I had the joy of discovering the smoothness of a black coffee, in a very well known coffee shop in my city of Cumaná, Sucre state. I had to run some errands with my children and they didn't have time to have breakfast at home, so I took them to this great café to have breakfast, since they were going to their university classes.
When I arrived at the place, I was surprised because it was quite crowded and my surprise was that it was a weekend and early in the morning. This coffee shop is called Café Bracamontes and its decoration is beautiful, since it is based on pictures of historical characters of our state, objects like; cameras from the 1600's ha, ha, ha, ha really the place is complete and super big, they sell breakfasts, lunches and many delicious things, among them some delicious desserts.
As I was saying, the place was quite crowded, I love the outside area, since we enjoy the historic landscape that surrounds us in that place, for that reason, we entered the area where all the machinery of the place and the employees are located, it is very cozy, because it has a good TV, good music, relaxing by the way, we can enjoy its decoration and the peace that this cozy space gives us.
I requested breakfast for my children, this time I was not provoked to take my favorite as it is; the mocaccino, this time I requested a negrito but guayoyito, since those black espresso I do not tolerate them because they are so strong. When I saw the container where they served it to me, I was immediately smitten. It came with little sugar. When I uncovered the coffee, its aroma enveloped me, because it was so soft that I felt it caressed my skin. As I took my first real sip, my taste buds began to sing with excitement.
First time I enjoy a good black in one of the many places I have visited and the best, feeling that I made a good choice with this one. "Descubriendo la suavidad de un café negrito"☕
Saludos amigos, esperando que estén teniendo una semana muy productiva. Hace algunos días tuve la dicha de descubrir lo suave de un café negro, en una cafetería muy conocida en mi ciudad de Cumaná, estado Sucre. Tenía que realizar algunas diligencias con mis hijos y a ellos no les dio tiempo a desayunar en casa, así que los llevé a este genial café para que desayunaran, ya que ellos iban a clases de su universidad.
Al llegar al lugar, me sorprendió porque estaba bastante lleno y mi sorpresa fue que era fin de semana y a primera hora de la mañana. Está cafetería se llama Café Bracamontes y su decoración es hermosa, puesto que está se basa en cuadros de personajes históricos de nuestro estado, objetos como; cámaras de los años 1600 ja, ja, ja de verdad que el lugar es completo y super grande, venden desayunos, almuerzos y muchas cosas deliciosas, entre ellas unos ricos postres.
Como les decía, el sitio estaba bastante concurrido, el área de afuera a mí me encanta, ya que disfrutamos del paisaje histórico que nos rodea en ese lugar, por tal motivo, ingresamos al área donde está ubicado toda la maquinaria del local y los empleados, está es muy acogedora, por el hecho de que tiene un buen TV, buena música, relajante por cierto, podemos disfrutar de su decoración y de la paz que este espacio tan acogedor nos regala.
Solicité desayuno para mis hijos, en esta ocasión no me provocó tomar mi favorito como lo es; el mocaccino, Esta vez solicite un negrito pero guayoyito, ya que esos negros expresos no los tolero por lo fuerte. Al ver el envase donde me lo sirvieron, de inmediato quedé flechada. Ya este venía con poco azúcar. Al destapar el café, su aroma me envolvió, porque era tan suave, que sentía que acariciaba mi piel. Al sentir el primer sorbo de verdad, mis papilas gustativas empezaron a cantar de emoción.
Primera vez que disfruto de un buen negro en un lugar de tantos que he visitado y lo mejor, sentir que hice una buena elección con este.
