RE: No money in Psychology? Here’s a closer look.

I love psychology and it's sad to know that the relevance of such a qualification is becoming questionable.
Still, I think that for a psychologist to prosper, one needs to look at the psychology of the times.

In the past people went to the psychologist. Now, I think the psychologist needs to go to the people.
Meaning, psychologists need to look at modernising the way they offer their services and their style too.
A psychologist needs to work with the minds of the people...The times have made people mentally weaker because we are living in a time where society tells people that it's ok to be weak, yet the stigma of mental illness remains.

Therefore, I think a psychologist now needs to regard their job as not so much of a profession, but to apply a hustler mindset, because people need you more than ever!
