It's frustrating but is an opportunity to make peace with my own vulnerability.
True! Sometimes it's so bad, that I think I'm gonna get a walking stick.
I hope the vertigo subsides and goes dormant soon. I go for long periods without a problem and then when it kicks in, it lingers.
I'm feeling much better today though:)

My doctor prescribed dimenhydrinate; it worked like 70% but made me sleepy--and a little stupid. I discovered that the vertigo came when I'd been sleep deprived for days, so I try to be careful about that now.
