MY CREATIVE PROCESS : I AM INSPIRED BY JUST ANYTHING,ANYWHERE.

I have always been a "letter" person. Guess I saw more of "letters" and "words" than "numbers" as a kid. I love to read,write,spell new words,improve on my vocabulary etc.

When it has to do with creating content,sometimes,it's fun,sometimes it's really hard. This is because not everyday is the same. On some days,there is this free flow of inspiration, you are at the top of it all and you keep writing and writing. On some days,there could be so many disturbing things on your mind that blocks the flow or that day isn't just one of those "good days".

I am one person who gets inspired by anything. I mean anything ; good or bad. I like to write about random stuff. Things we see everyday but I try to add my own spice to it and bring out the "lesson" part of it. This is because learning is the end goal,and learning completes us as humans in a way. Sincerely,I do not write everyday. I do not even post on this platform everyday. I still am working on posting more and writing often. I simply write as it comes. My writings are either stored in my phone notebook or my Rough Book( hahaha,I like to call it that). I get inspired by patterns,colours,my experience in life,people's story,books,songs,food,the holy spirit (odd right,yeaaaaahhhhh,works for me),the situation of naija-my country,my workplace,just staring at the sky,babies,teenagers,marriages,etc. Now you see why I said anything inspires me. Just anything. I could be anywhere when inspired - kitchen,while on the go,church,while visiting,in my room,etc.

Now about my room. I think that should be my favourite inspiration spot. I am not a chair and table person. I still write when seated and a table is right in front of me but I'll choose my bed over and over again. There is just something about it. I write,sleep,write,watch movies,write and so on. Many atimes,I write more in that same spot each time I am awake. The flow is often stronger. Now you can guess where i wrote this ,yeah rught. My room! Another thing is I am inspired by my dreams,nightmares. Sometimes in the middle of the night, I can quickly scribble something or record myself so I do not forget. I do not read books,listen to songs,take a walk,etc with the main purpose of gaining inspiration. I do them because they are part of me and my way of enjoying life and gaining knowledge,so it sort of settle easily when I need to create content.

My creative process for this platform goes from writing(after gaining inspiration from anything )on my Rough Book or typing into my phone notebook to editing. Afterwards, I copy and paste on choice community,re-edit,add pictures,read through again,include tags and I publish it. This process has sure helped me stay active here. I do know I still am climbing the ladder but I can say boldly that I have improved. I get to understand how Hive works bit by bit.

I joined Hive May,this year,all thanks to @udygold and @glotokens for the push. Not too long right? Yeaaaah but so far it's been worth it. I always try to find time out of my busy schedule to create content. Meaning therefore with more time,I'll definitely write and post more. I hope to stay consistent at this because consistency has a way of pushing you towards excellence and you keep getting better at what you do.
