Mushrooms growing over date palms {Fungi Friday}
The monsoon season is just beginning, and today, my uncle decided that, given the pleasant weather, he should take the children out for an outing and a bit of a picnic. I got ready and set off with my uncle, accompanying all the children

We went to the park for an outing and had a great time on the swings. Afterward, we decided to have a meal at a rest area; while sitting in the park section there, the thought crossed my mind: why not go into those garden-like areas and look for mushrooms?

It had just stopped raining. It occurred while we were driving,and I was hoping that mushrooms might have sprouted. However, mushrooms don't usually appear that quickly; they likely need at least a night to grow. I was searching the soil around every tree, but luckily, I spotted mushrooms growing inside the trunk of a date palm. I was amazed to see this, wondering what kind of decomposition process was taking place inside that caused mushrooms to emerge from it.

Much like an old book soaked in water,where the pages stick together,the gills of this mushroom were fused, and the mushroom itself resembled the thick page of an old book.

The weather was quite pleasant; the sunlight lacked its usual harshness, as the sun was now tucked behind the veil of clouds, peeking out gently. It was a delightfully mild day, with breezes brushing against one's cheeks almost as if they were tickling them.

There were a great many date palms here, and mushrooms were growing on almost every other tree. Interestingly, as I was examining them, I nudged one and it fell; its gills looked exactly like the end of a smoked cigarette or rather, the tobacco looks like that

There were quite a few sunflowers here; one had perhaps toppled over onto the ground due to strong gusts of wind, whereas another one I saw was standing tall in all its splendor, with lovely sunflower blooms emerging from it.
Sometimes rains do not wash the roads they wash the human hearts🙂.
