RE: It's a tough life

You are viewing a single comment's thread:

It seems like the company wants to kill you. I have been wondering if this is a worldwide movement for "the haves" to slowly depart with the "have nots" so as to guarantee their own position on the planet. Just when I am about to lose all hope for humanity, I am reassured by your words:

"So I decided to silent the damn phone, enjoying my toast bread the coffee in the afteroon."

It seems that our bodies cannot adjust with the modern times well. We are impelled to jump out of bed, pick up our phone and then pick up a cup of coffee and rush through traffic to get to an office of stress and oppression increasing cortisol and confusing insulin receptors. We know we are supposed to wake up slowly and drink water and look at the sun rise while taking a walk. We know we that 15 minutes of walking after eating three times a day is more beneficial than 45 minutes of walking at one period. But instead we are knocked out with food comma after eating. We dream about the day we will exercise again, but what we really need is to live here and now.

Continue to enjoy little things and you will be healthy again. I cannot say at this point I can guarantee you a job if they fire you, but they sure enough aren't trying to take care of you. The ironic thing here is that as far as I recall, they were an insurance company. I'm sorry, but I doubt that they will be able to insure their clients if they cannot insure their current workers of good health. The key to health at this point is not to change everything, but to find the joy in small things, even a piece of toast.

"Better a small serving of vegetables with love than a fattened calf with hatred."

Proverbs 15:17

This is probably one of the most soothing comment replied to me over the past 6 months. It feels good that you're NOT trying to comfort me, but rather allowing me to see the small things that I've already seen. I will try to work towards that and probably just gonna use the "phuckem" secret weapon to navigate through my work place.

For the "phuckem" ancient secret you can enjoy this song:

Even though I am not Australian I can still DILLYGAF from time to time.

Hmmm... This is interesting. It seems like my Gboard already recognized this word whilst I'm first time eagerly share it with my work mates, so they can start to dilligaf the bosses.
