Curiosity Never Fades Away
Curiosity is an evil thing, not always, but it turned out to be an evil one for me on some occasions. Like the curiosity of knowing how hot an iron becomes before pressing it on the clothes was a curiosity for me to discover, and I did discover it with no more desire to check it again. Maybe in a zoo, the desire to touch an animal is still unfulfilled as there is a fench to maintain distance and a recent accident where attempting such courage resulted in someone being badly hurt. Also, some curiosities do serve in fruitful ways; it depends, but I mostly get curious about the forbidden stuff; our desires for those may never end.
But curiosity can lead to roller coaster rides too.
It was around 2005,
My elder brother, my father, my cousin, and my uncle are preparing to go somewhere. They won't tell me where they are going, but seeing their preparation, I can guess they are going for the cattle market very well. It was Eid festival, and I was waiting eagerly to visit, but they won't take me as it's quite risky to handle a kid in that chaos. Yeah, it wasn't like today's well-organized cattle markets; back then, it used to be chaotic due to the rush of people and cattle.
I cried as much as I could, but they won't take me with them no matter what happened; love jumped out through the window, but I was stubborn. I took the backdoor to get out so that no one could see me, got in the vehicle, and stayed hidden, and no one noticed me from the outside, and when they got inside and noticed me, I started my melodrama at its peak that I would go, and will rest in peace only after landing there, that was complete chaos too for them to handle me at that moment. So I was taken.
My curiosity to visit a cattle market is fulfilled, I can go to my friends and tell the stories of my experience, kids' fairy tales, and so the excitement is at its peak; I am at the cattle market, with so many cows here and there, lots of them. When we started walking, I was terrified of seeing them so close, as if they would kick me right now; we were literally walking within a few inches close to them, and if any of them kicked me, I would be gone for sure. Now I am terrified, crying again that I won't go there, take me back home, who cares? Trust me, the more I was going on, the more scared I was; they were scolding me for why I insisted on coming here, and now it's my punishment.
I was like, "Oh Almighty, please save me for this time; I won't come here again."
My brother pulled me near a cow, pointed me to its long and scary horns, and said, "Should I put you on its shoulder? Leave you with it; you two can have a conversation."
I screamed as much as I could as if he was really leaving me there. On the next moment, he really did take me on the shoulder, not on the ones of the cow, but on his shoulder, and the rest of the time, I was there, on his shoulder, and got our own cow to take back home, mission complete.
Oh, it was really a memorable experience. I was extremely curious to visit a cattle market and then got scared like hell after visiting, cried a lot about why I went there, and later I was happy again as it was full of thrill in reality, and I enjoyed that a lot. That's how it happens in such cases, always. I would be curious, get frightened, or regret what I choose, and later it may turn out to be an exciting one or a disaster.

Well your curiosity was satisfied, but it caused you a big scare, greetings and good luck in the contest.
Oh yes, I didn't see that coming.
Hehe. I was also curious to visit a cattle market like you in childhood times but I have never taken a step like you. I can feel how much frightened you were at that time. Are you still love to visit the cattle market? In my case, I don't like it.
I do, during the night, it stays quiet and calm at that time. One can easily roam around.
Many times we do things that we later regret and when curiosity meets mischief, chaotic things that can end badly or in your case a good experience.
Thanks for sharing.

It's not uncommon for children to ask for something they desperately want, and then discover it is perhaps more than they bargained for! You captured that very well here, @minhajulmredol. Curiosity can either be a good thing or a bad one, it depends on the circumstance,at least you were able quell your curiosity even if it wasn't a pleasant experience
Oh wow sometimes curiousity would hel learn too.
