Take a moment to evaluate your life; What are you currently avoiding and/or procrastinating, and why?
Are there problems in your life that you are refusing to address?
What is holding you back, and what are your plans/goals for improvement?
The idea of living in the present is spectacular, however, sometimes certain fears deprive us of living the present to the fullest. The questions they pose are very interesting because they help us to reflect in order to discard everything that interferes us to fully enjoy the day to day.
